    Looking like a fat fuck lol, don't worry sir i'll post a pic by the end of my bulk which is around the first week of January i just started bulking palang kasi mga 7weeks na minus 1 week nag deload kasi ako, hehe reference na din for minor changes during the cutting phase, the calories that i eat right now is around 15%-20% of my maintenance so it's not really that too much, gaining a steady 1lb a week just had a hard time monitoring my weight this week cause natatae ako lagi pag ka gising na pag ka gising nagiba kasi sched ko cause of midterms lol bigat ata ng jebs ko.

    I mean, just reading your food log makes me full already. And seeing you online most of the time I am hoping that all that food goes into your muscles instead of storing fat. (Maybe you're on mobile)

    If I were eating the same amount and same quality of foods i would be jabba the fucking hut right now lol.

    But then again, who are we to tell you if you're right or wrong it is your body/physique afterall. In the end you will be reaping what you have sown right?

    Still, i am still curious and would really like to see what you look like now.

    Just like what ser milk said we're Jelly and curious at the same time. No pics has been posted kasi kahit from the start buti nga di na uso dito yung pics or it didnt happen ni papa dalts eh hahah. So we are imagining things as of the moment. Lalo na sa ganyang klaseng caloric intake baka dreamer bulk na yan.

    Kung mapapansin mo sa ibang journal na walang pics, i am asking din to post just to share what has happened to them para mas maka relate kame to a certain extent.

    Pagpasensyahan mo na kameng mods dito kung para kaming kinder na naghahanap ng libro na may picture.

    Sir as i have mentioned earlier i monitor everything such as my weight gain rate 0.5-1 and my caloric intake right now is sufficient enough to do that i don't know why you think that i'm eating too much lol this food intake was kinda normal to me already, how about you sir what's your weight and daily caloric intake?

    My philosophy sir is a carb is a carb a fat is a fat they just differ in nutrients and rate of digestion your body would not be able to recognize if that carb came from an ice cream or brown rice yes the rate of digestion and nutrient density will be different but the final outcome when it is fully digested is just good old simple glucose, and i'm really sure alam nyo naman yan

    So then, based on this, you must believe protein is just protein also no matter the source right? You ever heard of the glycemic index? How about overboard insulin spikes from fast carbs and corrolating bf storage? Ever heard of empty cals? Ever heard of type-2 diabetes? If what you say is true, try eating only junk carbs for a couple months - ice cream, smuckers, candy, cake - then holla back with the results of what you see in the mirror AND how you feel. ;) You have some learning to do regarding this topic brutha - no offense, just sayin'. :)
