movie brah, December 1999 ata yun before Y2K. yun yung devil yung kalaban nya. di ko masyado maalala basta sa umpisa nung movie meron syang ininom na shake tapos lahat ng leftovers nilagay nya dun pati yung nakakalat.

Weight 195.4 di padin gumagalaw despite pigging out and not lifting, ano maintenance ko 3.4k sakit sa bulsa at panga LOL. Will bump up my cals to 3.8-3.9k when i start lifting again.
Brings back memories! Back when I was a teen, it used to be 24oz whole milk, 6 raw eggs, 2 heaping tablespoons of Joe Weiders 90% Plus Protein Powder, and 3 big scoops of ice cream about 3x per week before bed. That, along with busting ass in the gym and eating everything in site put me from 170 at 15 y.o to 220 at 17 y.o.
