    transition pa lang ako ngayon hehe nag eexperiment pa lang, kaya kung ano makain pa lang, pero balik strict counting ako for January to Feb hehe so dun na official, ngayong pasko at new year mas maganda wala haha

    Weight 195.4 di padin gumagalaw despite pigging out and not lifting, ano maintenance ko 3.4k sakit sa bulsa at panga LOL. Will bump up my cals to 3.8-3.9k when i start lifting again.

    Brings back memories! Back when I was a teen, it used to be 24oz whole milk, 6 raw eggs, 2 heaping tablespoons of Joe Weiders 90% Plus Protein Powder, and 3 big scoops of ice cream about 3x per week before bed. That, along with busting ass in the gym and eating everything in site put me from 170 at 15 y.o to 220 at 17 y.o. :)

    30ml olive oil

    250ml non fat milk
    64g skippy peanut butter
    200g banana
    1 scoop pm7

    Total = 3.3k cals
