    Una he dieted hard for weeks probably depleting carbs all the way.

    Second he trained hard as any other motherfucka hahaha.

    Di naman sya ganon ka sakit may certain positions lang na medjo may kirot hindi actually kirot medjo uncomfortable na di ko ma explain. Bukas ko malalaman kung ipapatingin ko na tignan ko kung kakayanin chest/tris day ko bukas hehe, bodyplus tayo bukas?

    Ice lang lagi after WO, nawawala din yan. Dati both elbows ko ganyan. Yung sakit nya nasa loob kaya hindi kaya ng stretching or massage. Nakakainis yung sakit!

    ^yun nga boss ice ice ice! Tas before ako matulog running water ng pinakamainit na setting ng shower ko para ma increase yung blood flow lelz. Di ko nga alam san nang galing to eh di naman ako nag lolock-out sa presses baka sa skull crushers ROM ko to the forehead, susubukan ko bukas to the back of the head sa crushers kung mas okay sya.

    Sakin napansin ko pag nag press ajo ng heavy tapos masyading slow yung negative dun sya sumasakit. Sinsalo kasi muna ng triceps yung bigat bago umabot sa delts.

    Wala, dadaan ka talaga sa stage na yan. Mawawala din naman yan pero sunod na sasakit wrist tapos RC na. Kasama yan sa gainzzz. Marerecommend ko sayo high calcium ice cream for strong bones hehe

    Naka supplement ako ng 6tabs ng cal-mag-zinc hehe kaya no problem sa calcium saka 10g fish oil lol.

    Makakatulong naman siguro kung mag switch muna ko sa iso press noh? Habang may recurring discomfort pa.

    Yung iso press ok, wag siguro yung machine press na plate loaded kung sa bodyplus ka. Meron kasi sila nun lahat pero yung incline iso press nila ginagawang tambayan nung bantay pag nanonood ng tv.

    Teka yung sa bodyplus na incline/flat/decline iso press diba na plate loaded?, ano yung machine press?

    Plate loaded din pero hindi isolateral. Meron sila flat, decline at inc nun malapit sa smithmachine
