same tayo paps, kanina nag shoulders ako, nabigla ata ako tagal ko kase nag kasakit, tinigilan ko agad nung naramdaman ko para sa next day maka pag backa ko at gumaling, cardio cardio muna hehe
just got back from the gym, injured my shoulders as I tried to dumbbell press 120lbs. I thought i could do it because previously when I was on the DY program I could hit 140lbs. Significant forearm strength loss which i think is because of the 5x5's.

I had my own share of problems sa delts before, I just took a step back from the poundages and did some rehab exercises just to keep the blood flowing. In my own experience, totally resting an injured part causes more harm than good.
I personally prefer resting an injury until it fully heals, kasi na experience ko na na mag train while injured and it just prolonged the pain. first time ko ma injure sa delts dati sa lower back at forearms lang eh.
oo nga ser, kaya bago uli ako tumira todo warm muna ako heheheh.
Will hit the gym later, pero more on cardio muna. My shoulder is getting better after resting it for almost 2 weeks now. May onting pain pa pag itinataas ko ung kamay ko sa ere pero mas lumaki na ang range of motion nya compared last week.
ako butete pag summer sigurado hehehe pero ok lang,habulin ko na lang sa upper body para di halata. Pag may tatanong sasabhin ko,"ahh naka inom ako ng tubig sa pool or dagat kaya bloated" hahahaha
sir buh try mo yung Korgivit e.... para tanggal pimples...
yan na yung nakita kung paraan pang anti pimples... within 2 weeks na gamit ko - so far so good
may nakapag sabi sa akin na Rogin e -- eh mahal eh....

iwas iwas muna, cardio or mag legs lang ako. I don't train the part I'm injured.

Shet takaw ko ngayong week, walang sablay 1 week akong me kinain na quarter pounder. Sarap!

salamat sa advice paps, after ko i-cold compress nilalagyan ko ng salon pas ok lang ba yun? It feels better and masarap hehehe.

Start na rin ng cut
Bulk pa muna ko siguro ng 2 months bago magcut, nakukulangan pa ko e.
Hopefully! hahahaha 2 years na ako nag a-attempt ung 2 sa taas lang lumalaabas hahaha

more on clean foods na tapos medyo slight caloric deficit paps para minimal muscle loss lang if ever, more cardio prolly 2-3x a week.
