mga sir, can you take a look at my workout. do i have a better routine? or i'll be better if i'll transfer to 5x5 routine?

mag 3-months na ako as 5x5 program this June 7.
So far effective sya, ang bilis ng progress ng strength growth.

thanks sir DS .. kasi mag 4 weeks na ko sa program ko ung preacher curls nd push down sobrang bagal ng progress.. yes sir un Lang ung compound un kasi binigay ng trainer. eh plan ko mg shift sa 5x5. kasi sa 5x5 puro compound kaya sa tingin ko mas ok sya s beginner just like me..
pashare nman sir ng gingwa mo jan s 5x5.. hehe.. ung ibang info s net eh.. like ng SS ni rippetoe sbi 5x5 din daw un eh ung set eh 3 Lang..
sir boss j,when I started 3 weeks ago I weigh 140-145 lbs then currently 150 lbs without using any supplements just whole foods..

oo nga sir rotrot78, talagang recommended yan ng karamihan kaya still doing some research.. yung iba kasi nakalagay pyramiding yung iba constant weight for the whole sets of 5. kaya naguguluhan ako.
yung iba kasi boss_j nakalagay 5x5 tapos yung reps eh 3 lang.. siguro iignore ko nalang ung mga nababasa kong ganun.haha.. baka pag heavy weights na d na masabing bitin..:)

Inclined Chest Press: from 75 lbs. to 90lbs.
Lat Pulldown/flexor: from 75 lbs. to 120lbs.
Shoulder Press: 75lbs. to 105lbs.
preacher curls: 50lbs to 60lbs.. mejo hirap dito.. kaya konti progress
tricep pushdown: 40lbs. max to 50lbs. same here hirap din dito..
Hyperextension: BW to BW w/15lbs..
crunches(machine): 40lbs. to 70lbs.
CURRENT WEIGHT: 156 LBS.

haha.. di nman sir allen.. papunta na rin ako sa 5x5..:) i started it yesterday.. Day 1 of Day 0.. tommorow Day 2.. sana maging ok ung start ko s 5x5 proper next week..
