hello mga sir, tanong ulit! ok lang bang 55% carb, 20% protein 25% fat? may gamit kasi akong software, eto yung measurement nya sa mga kinakain ko eh. everyday, oatmeal. yung banana & honey flavor ang bfast. lunch naman, yun ulit + ulam na hindi fried (kahit anong putahe) pero minsan din nagrrice ako pag gusto ko (around 2cups) sa dinner naman, madalas hindi na ako nagddinner,busog na kasi pag nag rice ako ng lunch.pero pag work out day, kain muna kahit lumampas ung calorie intake ng onti (which is 1200calories/day to lose 2lb per week, un kasi yung suggestion ng software na gamit ko- my fitness pal)
