    Iniiba iba ko lang marinade and breading bro.

    Wahaha lam mo bro minsan parang awkward na nga e imbes na ang pinapanuod ko sa youtube e mga UFC fights, ang pinapanuod ko mga cooking lesson ng mga bodybuilders, dun ako nkakakuha ng ideas hahaha.

    Namotivate ako lalo nung nag member ka dito e, kasalukuyan kasi akong tamad mode sa pagprepare ng meals nun, indirectly naparealize mo sakin na hindi ako pwedend tutulog sa nutrition, hehe, hindi kasi biro yung consistency mo, biruin mo 11yrs.

    nung nagstart ako wala ako makain wala din ako panggym kahit 15 pesos lang yung gym samin dati. wala akong cellphone pa nun, wala internet, wala halos lahat. nangigigil ako sa mga blessed pero tamad. ngayon meron na tayo halos lahat ng resources. kaya kahit anong katamadan pa ang sumapi sakin automatic na gumagalaw yung katawan ko kasi ayoko na bumalik sa wala! haha

    Felt great today, had a great workout!
    Although it may not reflect in my numbers, but the feeling man...
    I was euphoric! Not sure kung sa pre-wo ko, or baka dito ko binuhos ang stressed ko.
    Sometimes I think that could be a good motivation.
    Squeezing all those reps with my face like I'm gonna punch someone!
    Except lang nung may dumaang hot chick. Hahaha.
    Imagine the face of Ronda Rousey while in the cage, ganun mukha ko kanina hahaha.

    A year ago I was 140lbs @ 21% bf. skinny fat as fu$&.
    Bulked up to 164lbs @ 22% bf. Cut to 152lbs, still 20+ bf.
    Until I adopted Vinch's style of training, upgraded my nutrition.
    Gained 2lbs, and for the first time! Below 20% bf!13zrc79.jpg
