For me this is very subjective, kasi minsan tingin mo madami na yun pala eh kulang pa.. Remember po sir sabi nila dito eh ang pag gain or losing weight is by weekly mo malalaman if you gain or lose some.
So example, ngayon epic meals ang nakain mo for the day pero the rest of the days for that week is konti so ang weekly surplus mo under deficit pa rin so , you won't gain whether water or muscles or fat.
You can try sir kain ka lang ng madami tapos same volume every day is parang malulungkot ka after mo maubos every meals.

I had been in the same boat before that's why nag aral ako magcompute ng calories and macros but not everybody is willing to learn that. If i dont progress at a certain calorie intake, ill increase it after 2 weeks. That's the beauty of computing your macros and calories, you can track and easily modify accordingly through hard facts (mathematical and scientific basis) compared to guesstimates.

Believe me, you are not eating enough as you think you are.
Pero milk can do good as long as wala you are not lactose intolerant.

milk is good for growth. but for a hardgainer adding milk will help but wont do much para sa situation mo. its an expensive way of pushing your calorie intake. mag rice all you can ka na lang everyday mas tipid at sure na madami ka makakain. kung 8 cups rice hindi ka lumaki, subukan mo 12-15 cups
Another thing about gaining /losing weight. give it atleast 6 weeks before you tally the results. based on my experience weekly weight gain/loss isn't accurate since water can mask the results. baka yung akala mo na mass e water pala, same din sa pagdrop ng weight baka water din. 1lb+/- per week might lead you in the wrong direction if you track your progress in such short time. nangyari sakin na hindi ako nagdrop ng weight for more than a month then biglaan na lang 5lbs drop agad pagtimbang ko then tuloy tuloy na yung progress. nangayari na din yung very minimal gainzzz sa scale pero sa size and strength nagincrease
Ah salamat mga sir. So ang gagawin ko nalang ay magstick sa regular meals pero dadagdagan ko nalang ng rice. Pakiramdam ko kasi sobrang bilis ng metabolism ko e, ambilis ko din pawisan kahit sobrang light lang ng activity ko. Pageexperimentuhan ko muna kung gaano kadaming calories yung kelangan ko para mag gain. Siguro mga nasa 2000-2100 ung average na intake ko ng calories kada araw.

^possible yan bro. malaki ang impact ng water balance sa katawan natin. when you're dropping too much your body will suddenly hold water and vice versa. kaya nagfafluctuate yung weight mo from morning hangang gabi. it's our body's way to maintain homeostasis. so yung initial weightloss mo might not be so convincing kaya maganda is to track your progress on a monthly basis kung magtitimbang ka. pero mas maganda pa din kahit hindi gano gumalaw timbang mo basta pag harap mo sa salamin e may nakita kang improvement, mas ok yun
