ha ha ha.. ecto ako. masasabe ko lamg dont rush at lakad ng lakad. mahirap pag biglang laki. lalu n ung nag susuplement ng mass. minsan mahihirapan pa ako sa bigat ng katawan. di tulad ng matataba pag pumayat ay magaan sa pakiramdam nila.
Been working out religiously for more than a year and I got the results that I want. Kaso I had a minor operation (not injury) , I had to stop for 4 weeks. And yung diet ko affected kasi progressed from liquid diet to soft diet to regular for that 4 weeks. So you can just imagine gano yung lost gains ko since ectomorph ako. Ruined progress, sobrang depressing. Bawal na mag-buhat, bawal pa kumain nang kumain.
So ang tanong ko, anong massuggest nyong supplement ang magpapabilis ma-recover nung losses ko? Dati kasi post-workout lang ako na whey protein + 2 glasses of milk. Pwede kayang bumalik agad sa normal poundage and schedule of workout?
Prior to the hiatus, I work out 4 to 6 times a week. I eat (including post- and pre-workout) 6 to 7 times a day.

The answer is simple, but going through it will not be easy. Don't get depressed to your losses. You had an opportunity to overcome. Something most of us will or not have. You'll get frustrated due in time, but always remember in order to get there, keep movin' yer ass! Wasting your time thinking to what happened, will just keep you where you at now. No matter how big or small you gain along the way, it is still progress!
SOLUTION...
You need to EAT!. EAT. EAT. Although, our body doesn't recognize where and what food we take inside our mouth, you still need to have the mentality of QUALITY over QUANITITY. Don't be fooled by most(I'm not saying all, though some may work for you, but let's leave that job to you and see for yourself) marketing ads of sup-pel-ments. From the word, supplement, supplementary, therefore not something big part but essential when you can't keep everything out of from the basics...
Then day after day, conjugate that with proper amount or REST, don't waste your time to doing vices in exchange for time you should be sleeping. RECOVERY is very important. It happens all the time, but the major factor comes from the 7-8hrs of sleep...
ACTION...
Overcome FEAR. I know, you'll face it time to time. Fear of getting yourself hurt, the fear of your love ones that you're just getting yourself more with pain, but that's something that makes this an IRON GAME, but don't loose grasp of the reality of getting an injury, you have to train smart, get the right form... Fear of not sure if you're getting back or not, just what I said from the latter. A gain is something you HAVE TO KEEP! TO KEEP IT, KEEP MOVING!

Pasabay dito mga brad ako hard gainer talaga ako kahit lamon na ginagawa ko di pa din tumataba. Nabubully din ako nung HS ppero nung college naggym na ako then naging ok naman katawan ko pero di pa din ako lumalaki ng gusto ko laki siguro. Hirap mag gain kahit ilang itlog ang kainin haha
mga tol, ask ko lang. im also an ecto. so im gaining weight. last 3 weeks nag gain naman ako ng 5lbs so achievement yun. from 130lbs up to134lbs, kaso nga lang nag wworry ako kasi bukod sa body parts na nag ggain pati tiyan ko lumalaki. any tips on how to gain muscle na hindi lumalaki yung tiyan? TIA sa sasagot! :huh
