basketball gym work out?

short boring real story,,,

nag gym ako., mejo lumaki buong katawan ko., then tumigil ako sa gym., then nahilig sa basketball, napansin ko ang laki ng pinapayat ko simula nung nahilig ako sa basktetball., 2 to 3 times ako maglaro sa isang linggo., nag pacheckup nako sa doctor kung bakit ako namamayat., pero normal naman daw. wala daw akong sakit, meron ba kayong alam na training sa gym para lumaki at lumakas ang katawan ko sa basketball, pati lower body gusto ko din palakasin.

    marathon / running / any forms of cardio will make you lose weight.
    do lesser sprinting & do more lifts aimed to increase power. :flex:

    in track in field you will notice 100m sprinters have huge powerful muscles (think of Usain Bolt)
    while 1000m & above long distance runners are very slender (like Ethiopia's Haile Gebrselassie)

    Some primary and easy workouts for 6 package abs are leg raises, the cedar, and the crisis, if you are overweight and out of physical fitness and health.....

    siguro dapat ako mag focus sa mga core work out like, squat, bench press, deadlift, abdominal., right? or any better suggestion. TIA mga kabayan
  • kulang ka sa kain sir.. dapat after mo magbball good diet dapat. cards protein etc.. need mo ibalik yung mga nawala nutrients sa katawan mo. and need din ng recover ng katawan mo..

    dapat din sir maganda yung program mo between sa weight training and basketball. maganda dapat resting mo...
