Ako di ko maimagine yung lifts ko nun kung tuloy tuloy strength training hahaha.. yung itsura eh ewan ko pa. haha wala ako idea at ideal physique eh. Kasi iba iba response ng katawan kasi amps
ung mga newby sa gym na puro daldal at papicture lang sa gym while pinaghihintay ka na matapos niyang gamitin ang isang equipment... sarap paghahampasin ng barbell..
gusto ko sana ipost dito yung pic na inupdate nya haha kaso baka bawal at offensive..
ako tanggap ko na lumiliit ako kasi cut ako pero kelangan ko talaga sa tricking.. pero pramis ko sa sarili ko after na namaster ko na basics slow bulk na sana ma recover ko yung mga lumiit na parts!

ako naimagine ko minsan mga 2 years siguro ganda ng katawan ko at kahit papano malakas nako(with proper diet at lifting heavy weights) pero 5 years mas malaki na siguro improvements natin nyan...
swerte ko lang talaga kasi hindi ko naging kaparehas mag isip yung mga ganun tao...:duh:
pero bahala nalang sya,buhay nya naman yon ehhehe...
eto nanaman kami ni roy_tech guy hehehe... ang labo na nga sumagot , naka shabu pa ata. Kung ano ano pinagsasabi hindi naman ata nagbubuhat hehehe pampagana ng utak at umaga...

hahahah oddly enough i used to do that a lot way back though i still do every now and then whenever nobody needs the cage. if somebody needs it of course i'll give way and let them use it not like the other guys that when they see in you in mirror approaching the cage they'll have this look " i'm curling so i own the cage" :P

Ang isa ko pang kinaiinisan yung kung ano ano ginagawa sa flat bench.
Ginagawang patungan kapag magbabarbell rows, seated military press, shrugs, minsan dun pa ng seseated bicep curls amp!
E nagiisa lang yung flat bench sa slimmers.
Wala naman gumagamit sa cage pwedeng pwede sila dun magbarbell rows or military press etc.
hahaha i do use the flat bench for seated curls otherwise where would i sit? though i feel yah about the the flat bench being used as a "rack" for rows, mil press, shrugs. though dun sa swi samin nde nagkukulang (well actually nagkukulang pa din kahit we got 6 on a busy day) sa flat bench. :P

Tried curling on squat rack, kinda pissed off lol. It felt like weird, especially inside the rack..
Anyway,s dami ko nakikitang nag Bicep curls / ez curls na gumegewang gewang , like all of his body doing the movement..
