    Question po:
    Harmful po ba ang Mutant Mass sa mga may diabetes or mga nasa lahi ang diabetes?

    Bumili po ako ng Mutant Mass para makatulong na ma-hit ko yung kailangan kong daily caloric intake. Later ko lang nakita na 176 g pala ang carbs ng isang serving (4 scoops). Well actually, ginagawa ko pong 2 scoops lang kada take pero 88 g pa rin ng carbs.

    Worry ko po na sa taas ng carbs nya, baka mag cause ito ng insulin spikes sa bawat takes ko at matrigger yung diabetes. BTW: wala po akong diabetes pero nasa lahi namin.

    New exercises just keeps on popping out every now and then.. lalo na sa mga bakal gym.

    Saw a new style in benching today.. i think the guy was doing 5x5.. gusto ko tanungin kaso masyado malakas ung music sa earpods nya.

    Tanong ko lang kung may gumagawa nito sa inyo, anung pakiramdam, anung effect.. gusto ko subukan but might add to my long list of injuries... so ill take your comments as my learning tool.

    Exercise 1:
    - Flat BB bench press with only one leg up (ive seen two legs up or de-kwatro, but this is new)
    - Execution of the press is like doing neck presses but the elbows are flared way out and much higher than shoulder on the decent (parang face pulls ung position nung elbows)

    Exercise 2:
    - Flat DB press at the very edge of the bench (parang DB pullover on cross bench yung position nung body)
    - Execution of the DB press is same as in exercise 1 (same higher than shoulder on the decent), but its the twisting type DB press (ouch on the rcs!)

    The guys was the typical - nagka bukol lang nang konti sa bicep (no triceps), feelingero na... (no hate)

    Appreciate the info guys... malaki matutulong sa akin nang comment/s niyo.

    Sir Braso, I think hindi 5x5 ginagawa niya.

    Kasi ang 5x5 naman same old execution ng mga exercises walang extra execution such as "Flat BB bench press with only one leg up" as you've mentioned above.

    5x5 just means 5 sets of 5 reps. Actually old school na ito, ngayon lang siguro sumikat.
    Madami na ding naging variation nito, but if I'm correct, yung kay Reg Park ang original.
    If not, Bill Starr's version would be it.

    Kay reg park phase 1, Sqaut, Bench Press and Deadlift only for three months, Same exercises every workout day 3x a week.

    Yung sets, 2 warm-um sets about 60% of 1rm, then 3 working sets with same poundage na nasa 5rm.

    ^no disrespect bro... siguro naman alam ko kung anu yung 5x5 bro... i meant he was doing 5x5 in terms of sets and reps... not necessarily the standard 5x5 of your favorite program.

    i dont care what program he is following.. im more particular on what information i can get pertaining dun sa exercises mentioned sa post ko.. and not to be lectured about certain programs that derails my post.

    may tanong po ako.

    alam nyo yung -> nakatayo meron pong hawak na dumbbell sa left hand tapos yung right hand nasa batok, ngayon yung dumbel sa left ibababa sa left knee patagilid po yung pag baba, tapos tataas ulit medjo mas pupunta sa right pag ibinalik na.. (tapos kabila naman)

    sabi nila pag gilid daw ng tyan yun eh.. pero nararamdaman ko hanggang taas bandang kili kili, pag masyado naka taas yung isang kamay.

    Q: eh ngayon po, gano ba kalaki naitutulong nito? saka ano ba talaga nagagawa nito sa tagiliran natin? pinapaliit ba o pinapalaki o pinapatigas?

    Q: ang ginagawa ko po kasi dito, tag 3sets of 30, ngayon may nag sabi sakin gawin ko nalang 60 kada isang side or 100, pero isang set lang.. bakit kaya? alin po mas maganda? yung 3 sets or isang 100 - 1 set lang?

    I think you're referring to a side bends, core exercise din parang mga crunches, flanks etc...it doesn't make your stomach smaller.... stronger core means stronger lifts nakakatulong to at nag aasist sa OHP, DL....SQT etc...kaya kailalagan palakasin din yan. Actually pag ginagawa mo yong mang sinasabi ko na lifts nac-contract mo rin yang core.

    ibig sabihin po ba eh, hindi makakatulong sa pag papalitaw ng bikini line itong side bends?

    bali core training din po pala ito, alin mas maganda gawin dito? 3 sets po or yung 1 set na maraming reps na super dami..

    OHP is overhead press..

    bikini line in my opinion NO...sabi ko nga pang assist lang sa core..alam ko 6 packs ang pupuntahan natin dito..so sa pagkain po..lower your BF of course buhat... i dont believe in spot reduction....cosmetic surgery puede.

    me personally....i do it once in awhile pero di importante sa'kin....pero kung kanya kanya tayo ng diskarte sa ganyan kaya di ko sasabihing huwag mong gawin akin lang sa personal experience eh hindi ko priority.

    tama si dalts....gaya ng iba pag kuntento na sila sa muscle mass at mag cut na to get shred or shape yon pinalalabas nila yang mga ganyan sa part ng katawan.... one more thing yan atang part na yan ang pinakahuli lagi na lumiliit..

    aw, sorry sir kung matanong kita ulit.. ano naman yung BF dun sa lower my BF ? breakfast ba to? di ako nag aagahan eh,

    BF is bodyfat......yan ang pinaka problema nating lahat di lang ikaw tagiliran. pag nakadamit di halata pero pag nakahubad kita. basta sundin mo nalang yang sinasabi namin sa yo at pag bumaba ng single digit yang BF mo matataggal din yan at di ka puedeng gumaya sa training ng mga naka karga kung natty ka....huwag mo ng itanong kung bakit...bottom line ayusin mo ang diet mo mag training ka at huwag maging impatient dahil di ganon kadali...dont make it too hard on you.....ganon lang kasimple...am 49 yrs old at sakitin pa pero nag strive ako and am seeing results so everybody will see results yong iba mabilis yong iba mabagal....genetics din....

    Sa exercise 1
    - one leg up / two legs up : sinubukan ko dati, pero feeling ko ay parang kulang ang stability ko. mahirap din yata mag-arch ng back pag nakataas ang legs
    - execution : di ko ito ginawa dahil parang nakakatakot sa shoulders at parang mahirap yata makabuhat ng mabigat (relative to bodyweight) sa ganung klase ng execution

    Kung sa articles/reviews/forums says that NITRO TECH must be taken 3 times daily, useless ba sya kung ang dosage na gagawin is 2 times per day lang?

    Second question, pwede din ba syang 2 times per day pero before and after workout ang intake? I'm currently taking my Extreme Mega Mass that was given by a friend.. Ang instructions is before and after workout lang ang intake, I wonder if I can also do this with NITRO TECH if I will shift to that powder.
