    I'll try on that journal recommendation.
    Dati 112lbs ako then 114lbs to 117lbs. Ngayon 120lbs +/- 3lbs.
    Tiyaga lang talaga sa pagworkout at disiplina sa kaen.

    hmm, not actually 1lb per year.
    mahirap sakin ang mag gain pero madali maglose specially when i run or do boxing.
