Twice a week, full-body workout using compound exercises only. School and work are already very demanding on my schedule

Two working sets only. First set is done at max effort for 4 to 6 reps. Second set is done 10 to 15% lighter but rep is increased by 1 or 2

    Day 1

    Front Squat
    Standing Barbell Overhead Press
    Chin Ups
    Dips

    Day 2

    Deadlift
    Bench Press
    Pull Ups
    Pendlay Rows
  • 5 day split :)

    currently im using this setup.

    day 1 - Chest & Bi's
    day 2 - Back & Tri's
    day 3 - Leg & Delts

naging busy kasi but now im planning to switch to this routine :

    day 1 - Chest

I prefer not to get too bulky kase sir. Just want to feel good and look 'naturally' toned.

This is Chris Hemsworth in the movie "Thor"

Bench press: body weight x 1.5

Chin-ups or pull-ups: body weight x 1.5 or 15 reps with body weight.

    Squat: body weight x 2

    Deadlift: body weight x 2.5

^ You need to get at that strength level to get big. You'll get big but not like the ones you see in the covers of bodybuidling magazines where they use steroids

Don't get offended by what I'm going to say but based on your response I suggest you just stay home and save your time and money for other stuffs. :)
