    You mean dipping belt? wala pako nakikita na locally binebenta sa mga sportshops dito. ung kay dalts and sir nrg500 galing pa yun US. pero pwede ka mag improvise gamit ang kadena from hardware shops :)

    i think meron ang ensayong dipping belt kaya lang hindi plates ang pwedeng ilagay kundi DB's.

    You mean dipping belt? wala pako nakikita na locally binebenta sa mga sportshops dito. ung kay dalts and sir nrg500 galing pa yun US. pero pwede ka mag improvise gamit ang kadena from hardware shops :)

    Sir hindi po ako nagamit ng belt sa squats kasi pinatanggal nyo ( core, stannis, dalton, ds, sir mighty, allen ) na wag gumamit ng belt para ma train daw posterior chain ko. Kaya yan hehe...atleast na hit ko yung dapat ma hit ko sa wakas.. Even foam sa gitna ng bar.. Nga pala high bar yan sir, dati kasing lowe bar ginagamit ko eh kaya siguro nahihirapan pa ko. Though maganda low bar kaso advance ata yun.
    After ilang failures, experiments nakuha ko rin ng tama kaya nabuhat ko ng matino.

    And about sa OHP, may tao sa likod ko na nagaabang if I am failing at ala trainer yung dating nya na nagsasabi :
    "Push push push..Hinga malalim pagbaba sa clavicle then push push" yan lagi sinasabi nya every after set at ala trainer talaga yung strikto haha dahil yun ang sinabi ko kasi.

    After nyan halos mangatog ngatog ako at hinang hina.. 7 minutes full time to recover my strength back to hit my DL set.

    I just downloaded pirata edition ng Starting Strength 2nd ed about sa stalling.. sabi nila matagal daw talaga magprogress ang small muscle group, so lifting my BW it takes a lot of time.. siguro super slow muna ako sa 100lbs then increment ng 2.5 lbs ( 1.25 each side ).. Eto talaga kryptonite ko.

    tanggap ko na na nag gagain ako ng tyan 28" lang last month sukat ngayon 30 na hahahaha.. pero atleast may kita na yung taas na abs abs pero yung belly part nganga.

    yep mahuhuli talaga ang smaller muscle groups sa progression eventually, ang usual order kasi nyan is DLs and Squats ang mabilis magprogress, then bench then huling huli si OHP. 110-120 is were it usually becomes difficult pero tuloy mo lang sakin matagal din bago ko nakaya ung 155lbs more than 6 months yata ako nasa 120-130 sa OHP. tyahgaan lang saka be more keen sa pagcheck ng form. :)

    About pre-workout meal IF LG, iniisip ko kung okay lang mag carbo 200g cooked during that time at may 3-4 hrs gap time to digest is okay? Or tatanggalin ko carbs at iwan ko na lang sa post workoot yun.

    Nagplaplano na rin kasi ako mag cut method in 2-3 months. Pakiramdam ko madali na ko tumaba dahil sa 1kg kanin lagi lol

    Well anyways, nagbabasa basa during dead time sa holy week shift. :)

    Yes sir 11am.. Wala pa naman siguro masamang nangyayari sakin since January, naisip ko lang hehe idle time eh kaya medyo nganga.

    Nung nag GWO lang tayo medyo nagkaroon ng pre pre pre workout since late na tayo nagstart ( usualy I train at 4:00 pm )

    11am, tambay mall at 2-3pm may ngata mais, itlog, banana on the go.

    ako din, as of now 3-4 hours din ang pre wo meal ko. okay naman ang lakas at ang kagandahan hindi masyadong umaakyat sa ulo yung tama kahit pa super heavy ng buhat ko like yesterday when i hit legs.

    These past few holy days and since sarado ang gym naka deficit ako and no body weight workouts just to enjoy the day... always on deficit but may inuman session hahaha... okay lang sakin as long as masaya ang heart and soul..

    Tomorrow parusahan ang katawan! Hopefully may improvement sa mga PR ko !
