I prefer not to get too bulky kase sir. Just want to feel good and look 'naturally' toned.

Chin-ups or pull-ups: body weight x 1.5 or 15 reps with body weight.
Squat: body weight x 2
Deadlift: body weight x 2.5
^ You need to get at that strength level to get big. You'll get big but not like the ones you see in the covers of bodybuidling magazines where they use steroids

Two working sets only. First set is done at max effort for 4 to 6 reps. Second set is done 10 to 15% lighter but rep is increased by 1 or 2

naging busy kasi but now im planning to switch to this routine :

siguro ung abs either sa chest/back ko isabay. di ko rin sure kung magagawa ko

Something like 1 set of 8 reps for each exercise. Max 50lbs weight.

Don't get offended by what I'm going to say but based on your response I suggest you just stay home and save your time and money for other stuffs.
