    @jcoco gusto ko na nga rin magsupps kaso wala pang budget eh. Kahit magstart lang ako with whey and crea. Tapos kung may extra money pre workout. Hehe.

    Update lang mga bros. Im still at 160 pero feeling ko nag atrophy na mga muscles ko especially sa left shoulder ko. Di ako makaensayo dahil sa injury. Sabi ng pt hindi naman malala at parang tendonitis lang naman. 2nd week ko na ng pahinga 2-3 weeks daw obserbahan. Pero pag 3rd week na at di parin umaayos bibira na ako. Kabadtrip. Ayokong nakatenga lang dito. Wala akong pwedeng magawa kundi abs at piling leg exercises. Maglolog narin ako soon matapos lang ang sem. :)

    Nga pala guys nakabalik na ako ng gym nung tuesday. No more shoulder pain pero naramdaman ko yung nanghina yung shoulders ko sa bench press. Humina mga stabilizers ko sa shoulders. Other body parts humina ng onting onti lang due to a month of hiatus at hindi tamang pagkain.

    I'm currently at 157-158lbs tapos 5 day split na ako dahil summer at maraming free time. Hehe. Can't wait to hit my PR's again.

    Shoulder day today

    Behind the neck press 4x8-10
    Seated dumbbell shoulder press 4x8-10
    Alt. Front raise 4x10-12
    Lateral raise 4x10-12
    Bent over lateral raise 4x10-12
    Barbell shrugs 4x8-10

    Medyo volume muna for shoulders. Hinay hinay. So far so good naman. Triny ko rin yung behind the back shrugs. Ayun, fail. Hirap pag malaki ang pwet. Hahaha

    Felt very very off today. Woke up smelling paint. May nagpipintura kasi sa bahay. Bangag all day long. Nagtrain parin ako despite this but unfortunately walang kwenta. Sakit na nga ng ulo nahihilo pa.

    Had an excellent workout today. Napaltusan sa deadlift. New PR and feeling stronger than ever. Hehe. I can smell the 400! Malapit ka naaaa

    Bench supported db row 45x4x10
    Delt row (lat pulldown) 100x4x10

    Singit ng bi's
    Ez bar curl 40x4x10
    Db hammer curl 15x4x10

    Planning to hit biceps again on saturday kasi wala akong naramdaman kundi forearms. My grip strength was pretty fried up plus paltos pa.

    @stannis. Same compy sana nung kay doyoueven kaso nga lang dahil sa set backs eh humina ng onti at napatagal yung progress. Ready talaga ako sumali nun kasi i was expecting na malapit na sa 400 and dl ko and magt350 ang sq tapos bp almost 200. Eh ngayon nga di ko maibalik numbers ko sa bp dahil sa recent injury ng RC ko.

    Kaya ayun, back to training muna. Wala akong balak sumali kung for the sake of sali lang. Gusto ko yung may laban ako or better yet gusto ko manalo. Haha.
