    Dumating na yata araw na kinatatakutan ko.
    Some lifts went down upto 10lbs from last session instead of increase gaya nung mga nakaraang lingo.

    Umeepekto na yata ang diyeta ko or just an off day for several reasons.
    Obserbahan ko pa ulit next session.

    Sarap nga sa taas hirap nga lang makarating dun hingal kung hingal. Nasabayan pa ng ulan.
    lake ng arms amf,parang sarap jan, lalo na simoy ng hangin.

    Wala pa din sinabi sa gunz mo paps.
    Makaabot lang siguro ako ganyan kalaki masaya na ko hehe.

    Thanks DS. Medjo dissapointing na lang pag dating sa gym, nararamdaman ko na yung strenght loss. Nung first 4 weeks kasi hindi pa e, tuloy tuloy pa nagiincrease lifts ko ngayon nde na. But of course expected naman yun.

    usually paps, water weight muna mawawala, pero mag base ka muna sa mirror wag sa scale.
  • chest and waist department medyo kita yung pag babago..getting there bro mga ilang cycles pa ng bulk at cut magiging mamaw na din tayo cheers!!

    @ Dalts - After ko maglose ng 10lbs ndi na ko nabawasan ulit. Mukang puro tubig yata yun tapos wala na haha.
    Kaya nagpipic ako for reference.
    Normal eating lang, mas madami ang carbs sa pre (more than 2hrs before ensayo)/post wo.
    Calories = 2.1-2.3 kcal wo days / 1.6k kcal non wo.

    @Pred - Onga, matagal tagal pa to marathon talaga hehehe

    so bali calorie zigzag? non workout 1600 then 2300 pag may workout? masyado mababa paps sa non working, para sa akin ah. lets say maintaining mo is 2500kcal. so bali 200 lang binawas mo sa workout days w/c is na dapat jan ka dapat mag fafat loss. then in recovery mo sa non wo days is 1600. wala ng time para mag recover kase sobra baba, baket hindi mo gawen na 2kcal non wo or wo day. and hindi pwde mas madame carbs lang, sukatin mo paps, kase sa 2300 kcal kung ang ratio mo ay 40-40-20. cpf. lalabas jan ay at least 230grms of carbs or 920calories from carbs. mali ata ako, then sa non workout 2200kcal padin pero less carbs, fats and protein naman ang mataas.
