    ganito po ung gagawin kong sched ngyon,

    bale ung monday workout koh, 2x ko syang gagawin in a week
    tas ung wed nman 1x a week lng,

    ung ginawa ko kasi nung una alternate A B A B A B A

    kung un ung susundin ko pgdating ko ng second week 2x ko na gagawin ung workout B ko,

    pde ba ko mgpost dito ng link dun sa nkita koh? ibang forum kasi un e,

    last DL ko 110lbs x 8 lang eh..ahaha..will try to increase weight weekly...hehehe

    Good Morning guys!

    Umpisa uli ng 5x5 ko,

    di ko muna tinodo bka mbigla eh,

    natapos ko nama lahat maliban lng sa bench press ko nag kulang ako ng 3 reps, pero ok pa din!

    dnowz anu bang weight mo??akala ko dati hindi ko din kaya yan..ng aassisted pull ups ako..pero 2 weeks ako nakagawa ko ng 6reps sa 1st set tapos yung sumond 3-4reps na lang kasi exhausted na ko from the previous exercises..last week kaya ko 7 reps naman..remaing as is pa din..

    kung nakaya ko..kakayanin mo din yan..subok lang nga subok!!!

    Bago ako ngstart mgtrain kanina ngtake ako ng Dymatize Xpand Xtreme Pump Nitric Oxide Reactor, ung sachet lang po hinalo ko sa 500ml na tubig(according sa katrabaho ko ok daw). After 1 1/2 hour of training I feel dizy, pero nakasakay pa din naman ako ng bus papuntang MRT, nung nasa MRT ng blow ako sa c.r kasi talagang hilo ako, mga 30 minutes din ako ng tagal dun sa mrt bgo ako sumakay ng train, Bago naman ako umalis ng bahay kumain muna ako bago ko inumin ung xpand, nung ngttrain ako lagi naman akong umiinom ng tubig, nahilo ako nug pgtapos ko mg gym habang ngbibihis

    Ano kaya nangyari sa akin,


    My Suggestion for you as a beginner you should stick to the basics i would suggest a Full body workout routine 3 X a week. what is your goal? Build mass, Loose fat, Muscle tone.

    weight ko sir around 187lbs,

    @sir iron

    ngayon sir buildmass ako,

    5x5 training ung ginagawa ko ngayon 3x a week

    puro compound exercises naman ginagawa ko,

    Squat
    Deadlift
    Bench Press
    Military Press

    kaya yan...kahit paisa isa yung addition mo sa attempts mo..siguro practice ka sa assisted muna...

    Thats nice stick to your program then switch, remember not to miss a workout, diet is the key it is still 70/30 70% nutrition and 30% exercise eat a lot of protein or use the 40/30/30 diet.

    pwede rin yun kaso kung wala nun for sure ala din nung machine na assisted pull ups..so mano mano tlaga..gradual attempts na lang until siguro mabuhat mo katawan mo..anu ba weight mo?

    get off of other stimulants bro like soda, coffee and even chocolates or sweets. pag di pa rin umepekto sau yan baka nga mataas tolerance mo.

    i bet mataas tolerance nya sa stims. i have trid 3 products already. halat sila i need to take 4x servings to feel its effect. im finishing my MP assault for now and im going to stop takings stims anymore i think its not worth the bucks. ill stick to whey and creatine na lang next time.

    ^bro, how's your deadlift going? constant ba pagdagdag mo ng weight? nabobother lang ako kasi parang ahead yung deadlift sa ibang lifts ko, natatakot akong dagdagan yung bigat kaya nagstop muna ko magdagdag.

    constant nman sir, ngumpisa ko sa 70kg, ung trial week ko, tas nung ngumpisa ko 80kg umabot ko ng 100kg, tas ngstop ako ng 4days kc mali pla ung ginagawa koh, last DL ko is 95kg, gawin ko syang 100kg uli next time,

    pano sir kung na stock ung weight na binubuhat nyo sa benchpress nyo example 50kg, 2weeks mo ng binubuhat un, pero kahit anung gawin mo di mo pa rin makaya ng 5x5? pano sir gagawin nyo?
    kailangan na ba mg deload?
