mga bro, mag-4 months na ko nag bubuhat.. ung PT ko ang program sakin ay upper body lang.. sbi ko kasi sa kanya gusto ko lang magpa bulk at hindi naman ako nagpapa lakas.. so after 3 months nagkaron ng pagbabago.. kaso yung tiyan ko malaki parin.. ang paliwanag sakin ng PT ko, pang huli daw yun pag mag cucutting na daw saka ko daw tirahin ang abs.. ok lang ba yun? nag reresearch din ako sa internet at hindi naman ganun ang inaadvise.. ectomorph din po ako kaya payat tingnan pag naka damit.. pero need ko na din mag bra kasi mejo umuumbok na.. :X laki parin ng tiyan ko ngaun kaya hindi ako makapag maskel shart..
^If you're Pt is not giving you any programs for your lower body that's a good sign to ditch him since you're just wasting you're money. Second reason is the fact that he believes in spot reduction (your belly) that doesn't happen except with the help of Belo, Calayan and the likes.
- Why don't you want to become strong? How can you build muscles if you can't lift heavy?
- You don't know anything yet about nutrition that's why according to your own description you still look skinny fat.

i do want to become strong and bulk up but not too much
i do know a thing or two about nutrition, i have gone this far and im willing to be more receptive to other people's suggestions. i read as much as i can about what food to eat but im not very particular about every meal.. i eat 3 times a day or more when i get the chance.. i dont eat unhealthy foods or avoiding them as much as i can. i try to get as sleep as i can.. 8hrs they said would be ideal

1 week na. dati kasi 1kg gain ko per week. ngayon hindi ko alam kung nakakaapekto ba ung stress sa pag gain ng weight. 1 week na din akong stress. kaya ko din ba i-tweak ung diet ko? plan ko din kasi bumili ng serious mass 12lbs.
Yes, stress kills your gains. Recently lang I was under a lot of stress bagsak ang timbang ko after 2 weeks lang, I went down to 192-194lbs. Try to get some rest then saka mo ulit assess if need mo mag increase ng cal intake. However, looking at your avi I don't see anyting wrong if you want to increase your calories.
From 135lbs December 2012, to 150lbs February 2013. Sana mag 160lbs ako by March.

Gaining weight is not dependent on taking supps. It can happen kahit wala kang supps. Kaya di ka bumibigat ay dahil sa kulang pa ang kinakain mo.
Know your daily calorie intake and macro breakdown (wag mo ibalik sakin ang tanong kung papaano ito, do some research first on this) and then be on a calorie surplus in order to gain weight.
newbie here sa thread.. d2 ko lang nalaman na im ectomorph hehehehe. ilang buwan na ako nag gi gym pero hirap pa din mag gain pero atleast so far nasasabihan na ako ng tumaba.. thank god. i have supplement Mutant mass kaso ubos na layo naman kasi ng cash and carry. yun lang super selan ko sa food.....hehehheheheehe pero sa tingin ko naman lakas ko naman kumain plus the supplement... parusa nga lang... halos masuka ka na sa kakainom ng MM. hehehhehee. im gaining weight from 121lbs naging 132lbs na ako kaso tyagaan lang talaga.. kasi hard gainer ako... kaso so far napapansin ko laki na tyan ko hehehehee. para san ang fish oil nga pala?
i guess i'll consider myself an ectomorph. maliit body frame ko. but with less than a month of training/workout, glad to say that i gained 4 lbs. of course with the help of whey protein. not sure if effective ba ang daily workout routine ko and whey intake based sa na gain ko na weight.
one clarification lang, mas effective ba na naka focus ka lang muna in working out sa isang body part (e.g. biceps) for like a week or so, then on another part (triceps/chest/shoulder)? Currently kasi, mostly upper body parts winowork-out ko.
