hey guys, new member here

hey guys. forum newbie here. been lifting for a few years now.

a member of the B&F of pex and bodybuilding.com forums for quite a while already.

tried kettlebells since early 2011,totally ditched gym and bought own kb's.
and just for the past 6 weeks, back to lifting @ the gym.

currently benching 180, squatting 180, deads at 270 @ 160lbs bodyweight

glad to be part of the community
