i want to change my physique

hi i'm roy... i'm a newbie..can you please help me reach my goal?
i'm a nurse,i only stand 5 feet and 1 inch, my weight is 74 kg...
I've been working out but not consistent, i easily get tempted to eat whenever food is around...

i really would like to know what program fits me...our alumni homecoming will be this December..
i would like to change for the better,not just only this December..

anyone???please help...[/font]

    Isa sa effective plan ng weight loss. Minimize mo carbs (rice, white bread, white sugar, starch). Replace mo sila ng fiber/protein (kamote), veggies, chicken breasts. Lean pork, lean beef. No rice after 6PM. Instead 1 or 2 bananas or any seasonal fruits available. Patulong ka sa mga trainer sa gym mo para tama form and execution mo sa basic compound movements. Bench press, squats, deadlift. Set ka ng goal. Evaluation every 3 months. Pag dating sa improving your physique,,,,it's a personal thing, kailagan matutunan mo kung ano ang effective plan para sa iyo. What works for others may or may not necessarily work for you. Weightlifting is an individual hobbie. Only you can determine what you want to put into it. Anyway maraming diet plan dito sa PBB, at maraming routine, look around. Best wishes!!
