Grabe pala recommended serving ng mutant mass. 4big scoops on atleast 500oz -1li of water. You can take pa daw 2-3 shakes a day! Thats 16big scoops in 3 liters of water. Mukang di tatagal yung 17lbs bag pag ganito. Ang ginawa ko is 6 scoops with 2 liters of water and thats good for 1 day for me. Ok lang kaya yun? I work out pala 5 days a week with a good program I got online. 45mins to 1hr lang ang program per day depende sa pahinga
Di ko pa pala na share nung bumili ako ng Pm7 dun sa tia loleng, bigay saken nung babae na me edad na 1.7k pero nung bumalik ako at kumuha ako nung sinulat nung lalake na kinausap ko 1.6k. lol
