    this is my supps stack now:

    WO days:
    morning, 2g creatine, 1scoop whey. testo booster.
    after lunch, vit b12 vit d3. fish oil.
    PrWO: vit c,e. 4g creatine.
    IWO: bcaa's xtend/
    PsWO: cgt10, 2g creatine, 1scoop whey/casein blend.

    bedtime: casein or pm7 + 1-2g creatine.


    recovery days:
    moring, 3g crea, 1scoop whey. testo booster. vit b12,d3. fish oil.
    after noon: 1scoop pm7. 2g crea. vit e.
    bedtime: pm7 again.

    none WO days: 1scoop whey or pm7. vit., c,e,d3,b12, testo booster. and fish oil. :wink::sport:

  • Priority ko for supplements:
    1. Multivits and Fish oil - Madali dalhin at mahirap isubstitute (unlike ang protein shake na pwede kang magkarne na lang or uminom ng gatas)
    2. Pre workout - Better na malakas magbuhat tas inom ng gatas or kain itlog kesa mahina magbuhat tas naglalaklak ng protein shake (magiging taba lang yun haha)
    3. Protein Shakes - Mass gainers ang pinakamaganda dahil pwede mo siya gamitin as breakfast, in betweens, bedtime, at post workout
    4. Creatine - Dahil nakakatulong sa endurance, strength and recovery. Pinaka tried and tested supplement sa lahat aside from protein shakes.
    5. Testo booster - inumin tuwing gabi at sure boom sa muscles! Kaso side effects nga lang ay lagi kang ***** haha! Best to for men aged 25+
    6. Fat burners - pag kailangan lang pumayat agad for an event pero di talaga sobrang kailangan

    Marami kasing testo boosters na iba iba laman. May D-aspartic Acid, Horny Goat Weed, Saw Palmetto, paminsan tribulus, and a lot more. Ang problema dito ay usually naka "proprietary blend" sila kaya di mo alam kung anu ano and at what amount naiinom mo of a particular ingredient sa bawat serving.
    No doubt okay ang testo boosters pag age 25 and above, since ito yung age na humihina na yung hormone production ng katawan. Testosterone kasi maraming benefits, not just for bodybuilding, but also for other things. Kaya for me, dahil nga iba ibga ingredients ng bawat brand, might as well try mo muna lahat bago pumili ng brand. Hiyang hiyang din kasi yan. Oo mahal siya pag ganun, pero ganun talaga.
    If you want my advice sa mga natake ko na, you can try PowerFULL GH muna, then try mo next yung DS activate or yung gawa ng gaspari. If talagang seryoso ka sa supplements, pwede ka bumili bili nung ingredient mismo like yung horny goat weed tas imix and match mo with other ingredients, kaso super mahal yun haha!

    imho lang ito sir, ok lang test boosters pag age 30 and up... also debatable din kasi ang test boosters and majority ng mga ito ay puro tribulus lang...

    cash and carry sir maraming different brands, baka yung 1.7k ibang brand kaya mahal...
  • Pag fish oil ang lagi mong titingnan is yung EPA/DHA content ng bawat capsule. To make a comparison, multiply mo yung (EPA+DHA) x number of servings / price
    Ex:
    a. 400 caps of 150/80(EPA/DHA) @ P600 = (150+80)x400/600 = 153 per peso
    b. 120 caps of 400/200 @ P900 = (400+200)x120/900 = 80 per peso

    Panalo si Product A, pero most likely everyday iinom ka ng 5-6 capsules, unlike si product B na 2 a day ok na. Aside from that, titingnan mo rin yung brand kasi malaking factor siya pagdating sa quality at potency. Kung walang EPA/DHA content sa nutrition label ng fishoil product, wag mo na bilhin. Meaning nun wholesale brand siya na sigurado hindi kasing potent.

    Meaning nun for every peso you spend on fishoil you get 153 EPA/DHA. Higher means better, kaya product A wins (153>80). Pero of course, kailangan mo rin iconsider yung other factors like quality, serving size, etc pag pumipili. Hope this clarifies your question! :)

    Okay ang NOW Foods trusted brand ko yan. Either yun or yung Oximega ng Controlled Labs, laging good reviews yun pag icheck mo sa internet. Yung ON mura, pero 5-6 caps maiinom mo per day dahil konti yung EPA/DHA content per cap

  • Napansin ko halos lahat kayo mga sir merong multivits. Nagbasa2 kasi ako ngyon ng mga pwede kong supp pero di sumagi sa isip ko na mag vit. Puro whey at mga pre/post WO lang nirreview ko. Buti nalang at napunta ako sa thread na to isa din pala sa pinaka importante ang may multivit sa mga nag ggym.

    kahit sa hindi nag gygym sir essential yan lalo nat mahal ang mga prutas, minsan wala kang oras kumain ng gulay para may protection katwan sa mga sakit :)

    Ang sakin pm7 3x a day 3 tbsp. Tsaka creatine 1 scoop umiinom lang ako bago magbuhat..ok lang ba tuwing bago lang magbuhat uminom ng creatine o dapat 1 scoop a day o pano ba dpat inom ng creatine? BTW dymatize 300g yung creation ko...

    maraming article bro tunkol sa creatine eh. meron iba nag sasabi na ideal before work out or intraworkout para magamit ng muscles mo. meron naman iba sabi it doesnt matter basta maconsume ng katawan mo ung creatine in a day, ohters pa nga e they use it or they eat it with meals like hinahalo sa rice, sa sadwich and what not.
