Possible ba na magshred ng 10 Kilos w/in 4 mos?

Hi mga ka-PBB.Newbie here.

Im 24 yrs old at 5'5.5 height ko weighing 78 kilos. Gusto ko mabawasan ng atleast 10 kilos ung weight ko para by Summer of 2013, d na ako mahihiyang ipakita ung katawan ko in public.

Help naman, anu po ba mga basic guidelines na kelangan kong sundin para maachieve ung goal ko? TIA

    Intermittent fasting,possible pero dapat tlgang dedicated ka sa goal mo tamang buhat,kain at pahinga... pero di gnun ka solid yan na imba kna agad it takes time you know haha!!

    Can.....stop eating white rice.....even if u want to eat....eat brown rice.....moderately.....lots of cardio.....and gd mix of fruits and vegetables.....

    this is very possible, last cutting cycle ko I was able to shred 12kilos in 3 months (due to dirty bulk). very moderate ang carbs ko nun, may araw na around 5% lang ng total macro ko yung carbs, more on protein and unsaturated fats ang diet ko during cutting cycle. then drink lots of water...

    maganda yung suggestion ni Kash above.

    iba ang weight loss sa fat loss ha.. kung gusto mo talaga weight loss crash diet will do.. kung fat loss medyo complicated..

    try it hehe its with protein and fiber..
    ang laki naman ng 4kilo and 4 months.. pero pwede naman... pero its going to be in an unnatural way bro..
