    I'm taking it gradually now due to my gout so my total daily cals is around 3,500.

    3500! Sarap naman ng kain nyo master! Ako gutom na gutom pa ako at 3000cals on a rest day.. So yung 3500 nyo sir, ilan po diyan yung calorie surplus po? Yung over po sa required daily calorie intake nyo ho to maintain lang your weight sir? :D

    Yan ang total ko daily which is near my maintenance levels since gaya nga ng sabi ko tinamaan ako ng gout kaya I have to gradually taper down and then bulk slowly again. Nagka gout attack kasi ako when I was at my heaviest which was 204lbs, i'm now down to 195lbs.

    Either use yung bench or may hahawak sa paa mo. Or try mo humanap kung san mo pwede "ipit" paa mo for stability.

    sir mighty ako naman madalas mabangungot kya mdyo nkaka-relate ako. gising diwa ko pero hindi ako makagalaw or makasigaw.creepy kasi feeling ko may iba na akong kasama.

    sir mighty, si bossing kasi late 40s na..dating gym rat natigil ng matagal ng magkasakit yung kapatid...sya nag alaga..so ngayon lang bumabalik ulit..nung bumalik mejo lagi sya sipunin at ubuhin..gusto nya daw mga vits na marecommend natin..centrum daw sya pero hindi nya trip..ala epekto sa kanya..mabuti pa daw yung mga mumurahin nape-feel nya..

    Ang ginagamit ko kasi ngayon eh yung B-50 from Healthy options. Ok ang effect sakin parati akong energized at less stressed ang pakiradam ko.

    Text mo kasi ako kung kukuha ka na!1 more hour to go at pwede ko na lantakan mga chibog ko tonight!

    Master Might, You seem to be very knowledgeable and have alot of good insight. You should be a personal trainer and charge people by the hour hahaha..... No seriously, how long have u been training? $80/hr ang pinakamabang singil ng mga PT dito at kung ano ano pang fancy training pinagagawa nila sa mga newbie, sa 24hr fitness kita ko yong mga beginner eh mangiyak ngiyak sa kung anong program yong ginagawa. Isn't it supposed to be basic lang muna? That's so ridiculous.

    Thanks for the compliment Sir ang babait talaga ng Pinoy! hahaha

    Seriously, everything I've learned was thru experience lang naman and learning from my mentors of course. Haven't had any formal training except during the time when I was in a PL team and I don't have any certification din (which I would want to have sana in the future). I've been in this game for quite a while na din, may period nga lang na medyo nahinto because of having a family, etc.

    Na mention ko nga yan kay Sir Braso before na ang sarap siguro if I'm doing this for a living since it's my passion. However, I still think na ang dami ko pang di nalalaman and di pa ako ganun ka prepared since I always want results and be an instrument to others in reaching their goals. Kakahiya naman kung binabayaran ka tapos di naman nakikita yung result dun sa kliyente mo.

    By the way is 24hr Fitness same as Planet Fitness? Medyo bina-bash kasi sa BB.com forums yang planet fitness I dunno why since I haven't been there.

    @Allen- Wag ka mag alala Bro isang shot ng whey lang sisingilin ko sayo pag effective yung program! hahaha

    kaya mga physique builders lang don hahaha....about the rusty equips. ok lang, kung gusto niyo ng kumpleto at maganda sa Golds gym meron diyan sa makati di ba. ano bang ibang malalaking gym diyan? Nasa nagbubuhat na yan, kung seryoso tayo kahit saan. Kami nga noon sa probinsiya yong pinsan ko gumawa ng DB halo sa semento tapos nilagay sa lata ng Nido ba yon at nilagareng bakal (ewan ko kung saan niya kinuha yong bakal, sa hawakan nang poso (water pump) nila......hahaha...at di pa nga pantay ang timbang, pag nag shoulder OH press ka sabay, magaan yong isa. So ang bottom line is kahit nasan tayo nasa sa dedication sa ginagawa. Mas ok nga diyan dali score ng roids dito hirap. Oops natural tayo ha....no cheating.
