Nope. May "super powers" kasi ako hahaha. Ang masama, namana ng middle child ko and mas grabe yung powers nya compared to mine and recently sinasaktan sya at dindalaw sa panaginip ng kung ano man yung nakikita nya almost every night.

40x3x10 (angle felt weird on my shoulders but it was hitting my lats well.)
*Experimented a bit with my training today and was very much satisfied with the result. Although my leg power wasn't there since I didn't have any decent leg training for about 3 mos. Will slowly build up my strength once again.
Medyo madami yata yung reps mo Bro. I belive you could've done more weight kung di napa sobra. Ganito kasi yung format sinusunod ko and works well for me.
It means over ka na dun sa initial estimate ng 1RM mo and that's where you'll gun for a new PR. Pag dating dito sa punto na to just play it by ear kung ilan pa ang i-add mo na weight for a new PR.

Sa pag test ng 1RM iba format nun some warm up sets tapos puro singles na hangga't kaya mo and mas longer ang rest period.
Main goal talaga is 500 before the year ends.
