    I never really liked Mass/weight gainers...Very high calorie intake bro.....if u r taking mass gainers then u hv to prepare to train hard and do cardio alot cos if not u end up looking flabby.....i tried before and it didnt work for me....you may want to try and see for yourself thou....cheers...

    If u want to get big.....then eat big.....

    for supplement wise maybe ANIMAL "stack"...to get big...

    hi guys! super thank you sa mga feedbacks and corrections. tinry ko yung mutant mass, im working out 4x a week i think that's pretty hard enough to cope up with the calories im taking.. at ramdam ko yung improvements and changes. 1 lapit na mag 1 month since nung tinake ko and im really gaining weight, i know im getting fat and all but isnt it part of the game? malakas din ang improvements ko in lifting weights maybe because im taking creatine together with the gainer..

  • welcome sir!!! para skin ill go for whey protien tapos gagawin ko nalang weight gainer by adding milk,oats,banana etc :arghh: pero ok din nmn weight gainers kung hirap ka tlga kumain ng madami masarap kc kumain ng whole foods na madami yum yum yum hahaha!!

    ano ba timbang mo sir?
  • welcome Sir!!! pareho lng tayo ng pinag daanan hahaha nag starting weight ko 132lbs after 6xweeks im 147lbs :)
    for me mas ok yung real food kaisa sa Supplement sir!!! 6-8 meals ako a day - 3000cal to 4000cal Sure gain yan!!

    oo nga! ramdam yung pagbigat atska yung increase ng strength sa pagbuhat. :sport:

    ano po ser, hmm mga 132 lbs ako tapos after ilang weeks 140 na. ngayon im 150lbs na. im getting fat and bulky as well. :P

    thank you po sa advice sir! :) mas mahal po kasi yung protein compare sa gainer. pero lilipat din po ako sa protein sooner. i know that protein is better. thanks po!

  • halos pareho lng nmn bro e actually mas mabilis p nga maubos yung mga weight gainers compared sa whey protien lgyan mu lng ng oats may extra calories na also oats is a good source ng fiber every morning ang ganda ng stool ko swabeng swabe walang sabit haha!.. pero okay din nmn yung gainers :-)
