An unexpected advantage!

Actually, wala talaga akong balak na magpalaki ng katawan...
Sa totoo lang, napilitan lang talaga ako mag-ganito dahil mataas ang uric acid at BUN ko, at sinabihan ako ng doktor na mag-exercise. (Lahi kasi kami ng may sakit sa bato eh... Precautionary measure kung baga.)
But I ended up by liking it dahil medyo mabilis pala ako mag-gain ng muscle!! :yahoo:

About my bitter past, madalas ako asarin dahil babakla-bakla akong kumilos at payat ako dati.

Bata pa po kasi ako kaya ganyan muna ang lifting stats ko. :blush:

I'll update this journal every ~9 months.

    What I've meant on that is to change my lifting stats/latest pics every nine months. :P

    Hay..... Nagtiis muna sa dumbbells na tig-15 lbs at pushups sa bahay..
    Back at braso ang tinira ko muna.. hehehe..

    Finals kasi kaya ganon......

    Ano po ba ang magandang exercises sa shoulders bukod sa shoulder press? Gusto ko talaga "palapadin" ang shoulders ko eh.. Hehehe..

    having a large back can give you "wider" shoulders din

    yung lapad look pag nakadamit nadadala nang medial head sa shoulder. lateral raises, nakatayo, nakaupo, naka side na higa... pag nakatuwad read delts naman sapul nun. :)

  • palaparin ang shoulders? use shoulder paddings. yung nauso nung 80's.. charot! hehehe. hmmmm.. try this:

    reverse flyes
    arnold dumbbell press since may dumbbells ka ata sa balur mes
    rocky press
    dumbbell raise
    front dumbbell raise

    Napapansin niyo na may kaliitan ang dinagdag ko. Bata pa kasi ako and I know my limits. Di bale, maabot ko din ang 200lbs+! :)
