newbie

Hi. Just a newbie.

Started again working out since end of March 2012 as new years resolution.

Goals: increase weight to at least 70kgs, decrease body fat % to 6-10%, increase strength

Initial weight: 58kgs (underweight since high school days)

Joined golds gym and got PT sessions to help me in the training.
After 2mos, my weight increased to 61kgs and body fat to 15%.
Continued training for another 2mos. Results were disappointing.
Weight decreased to 59kgs. Body fat is 13%. All body part measurements
(chest, arms, thigh, etc.) decreased significantly. Looks like I am starting
Again.

Now, still training with my PT and we're trying superset training.
Hopefully, we'll be able to increase muscle mass consistently.

Im a member of golds libis but am trainingat golds waltermart north edsa since
Its the nearest golds gym from bulacan.

    pwede rin po siguro sometime. just not sure kung saan ung mascu. actually, sa golds wala rin akong ka buddy sa gym. ung PT ko lang talaga halos kasama ko when I workout.
