  • Use lighter weights muna to correct the form. Lahat naman delikado eh. Mas delikado pa nga yung bench press kung tutuusin eh. Kasi pag di mo kinaya ang deadlift ibagsak mo lang sa sahig eh safe ka na. Sa BP madadaganan ka.

    Mayroon bro lalo na kung 1st time mo lang or ulit magDL. Ibig sabihin lang nun hinde trained ung lower back mo kasabay ng mga muscles na involve sa DL like lats, abs, glutes, harmstring etc.

    thanks bro. 5x5 kase ginagawa ko. nag aadd ako ng 10lbs every workout. akala ko hindi normal yun. nararamdaman ko lang naman yun pag kakatapos ko lang magDL. kanina yun eh. ngayon hindi na. thanks bro! :Banane35:

    yes same here,sa squat din meron,its like a cramps mag after 5-10mins
    ala na or after switch to different exercises na hindi kasama un back

    iniiwasan ko lang na hindi mula sa likod yung ipanghatak ko natatakot ako. angbigat na kasi eh lumalabas na ugat ko pag nagDDL ako.:angry:

    im back,from 170lbs 22% BF, currently 150lbs 12-14 BF, not satisfied sa size ko.

    tol, bulk pa natty way muna, yung nag cut ka wala natira o walang na cut kaya ganyan recent mo.. naka flex ka pa so meaning onti lang yung na develop na muscles mo during your before cut - bulk.

    time to hit big numbers during this bulk of yours to gain more maskels!

    linawin mo kasi statement mo. Incomplete/vague statements can mean anything.

    Kung ako sayo ayusin mo muna ginagawa mo at mag matinong natty gains ka muna before considering taking synthetics.
    I-update mo journal mo para mas ma evaluate mo after if you'd go darkside or not.
