like every body here i have was once wasted my life in the couch, watching t.v playing computer games so on and so forth however after a bit of an eye opener im and nung nakatikim ng competition naging addict na ko...
so ive been training for quite some time but lfor now i need to train very seriously for the stakes are high..
oh yeah pag dating sa training at like i said im ready to share and contribute to continue improving yourself.

this is suppose to be my sixth day of my training program.
for today i just run uphill with a strong steady pace slowing down at the finish..
maybe later on in the afternoon ill push trough with my calisthenics session and
im going samantalahin ang olympic spirit beacuse this is the time wherein not just the players hopes are up but the whole nation...
and yeah since im feeling the olympic spirit im going to add 5kg in my big lifts in my weekly session HYEEEEAAAAHHH!!!!:sport:
