Comments: On my Conventional Deadlift, neutral back yan all the way. Hindi siya itsurang 100% text book DL but I feel all the pain in my legs. No lower back pain at all up to now. 210 lb lift yan at the time.
Ito naman na susunod video ng tropa. I think this is approximately 280 lbs. Nung bago niyang sabak sa gym (4 months pa lang siya) mas komportable siya sa Sumo Deadlift. Pero ngayon ang latest PR niya sa conventional deadlift, 380 lbs. Nag attempt siya mag 400 pero couldn't lift it all the way (sakit na daw kasi ng hamstrings at glutes). Not bad for a newbie sa buhat.
Last video, friend ko doing ASS TO GRASS squats. 170 lbs at the time buhat niya. 1 rep max niya ngayon is 280 lbs sa squat. NO EXCUSES, SQUAT HEAVY AND DEEP OR DON'T SQUAT AT ALL!!!
Salamat mga sir pero hindi pa yan mabigat kumpara sa mga powerlifters natin sa Pinas hehe. Watch niyo mga video ng Zest o Obsession gym. Yan talaga mga masasabi kong halimaw. Pang fitness lang kasi goal namin ng tropa ko kaya malayo pa kami sa lebel ng mga nag PL talaga.
