"Burn more than you consume" only applies kasi while cutting or while body recomp (this is a slow and a bit tedious form of muscle building/fat burning process by the way)

Hello mga Sirs! New lang po ako dito sa PBB ask ko lang po kung maganda po ba ang pm7 parang gusto ko po kasi itry. Naka ON Gold standard po kasi ako tapos post workout ko lang nagagamit. Gusto ko sana mag 5lbs na pm7 a month para makatulong sa muscle gain ko.
PS: Ngaun ko lang po nakita itong site na ito at na excite po ako kasi ngaun may mga matutunan na ako sa pag weight training.

About dun sa water, doesn't how much you put depende lang yun kung ganu ka "thick" ang gusto sa timpla mo.

pero pede din po sama sa pre ung whey... kng kasya sa budget hehehe, kasi maganda dn daw before ng workout mag protein intake, para mabawasan ang catabolic effect(breaking down of muscle tissue) habang nag wo-workout...
hi, im a newbie here in pbb, im 5'8" - 170lbs, may man boobs ako and yung beerbelly ko malaki din, ano po bang advisable mag papayat muna ako or mag gym na ako at mag weights para madevelop yung muscles ko? need na ba mag whey for this stage?
you can do resistance training while losing fats, its advisable if you ask me dahil while you are in the process of losing unnecessary weight mas maganda na you are gaining strength and knowledge with lifting. in the long run you will build a much solid base as you cut. as for the whey, yes you can, its no big deal if you have the budget to support your goal to get leaner its much better. but, you should know how to eat properly and not really to the supplements you have.
1st meal (post work out) - around 1kg of lean pork meat (fat removed) / I eat carbs as much as I can, I think it's around 5 cups of rice
2nd meal - around 500g of lean pork meat (fat removed) / 3 to 4 cups of rice
3rd meal - 15 raw eggs, I eat 3 egg yolks out of 15 / 2 cups of rice or 1 serving of instant pancit canton
Here is a sample of my meals on non-training days
1st meal - 1 whole roasted chicken (no skin) / 1 cup of rice / 100 grams of avocado
2nd meal - 15 raw eggs, I eat 4 egg yolks out of 15 / 1 large pandesal or 1 serving of instant pancit canton
Can anyone estimate how much calories are those ?
Am I getting enough protein ?
Am I eating too much on training days ? Am I under-eating too much on non-training days ?
