yung elite yun yung panapat sa on GS whey, yung is0-100 alam naman naten na yan ang isang pinakamagnda sa lahat kase isolate, low carbs, no sugar, at fast acting. ung fusion 7 maganda naman yan for bulking up, parang myofusion ang dating pwede meal replacement,
actually depende yan, ang myofusion kase pwede sya pang cutting also pang bulking, pero suggest ko iso-100 no sugar and low carbs, pero dapat maintain mo ang calories mo, kase pag cutting calorie deficit ka nyan, and i think need mo ng BCAA para hindi mawala ang muscle mo i mean nde lumiit or sumama sa taba habang nawawala sila sa katawan mo,
mag myofusion ka nalang. mas mura at mas marami serving kesa sa nitro-tech. if bulking ka. if cutting di ko pa rin alam dahil before may pa ako magcucut.

like i said, iba iba padin ang whey, iba din sa goal mo, kung bulking ka or diet. is0-100 or hydro whey maganda yan kase mabilis ma absorb,pero depende na yan sa PANANAW ng ibang tao, un lang suggestion ko, IMHO

yung fushion 7 sir parang combi ng mass at whey protein, dahil may sugar, carb and fat content sya although not as high as those in mass gainer. so either way, pde ka mag bulk or cuts, but like i said at lahat ng nagsasabi, it all depends on your calorie intakes.
yung iso 100 purely protein, so its better for cutting phase, bsta 1 thing for sure, ndi ka magbubulk d2 unless you increase your calorie intake at ndi ka ren magccuts unless your not bulk enough.

IMHO i think you need to look in the nutrifacts of the whey supp your going to take, normally pag cutting ang pinaka ideal jan is low in calories and has sufficient amount of protein per serving. That way you wont have to worry much of the calories you take for your PWO protein while supplying enough protein to your body after workout. cutting as we know requires "calorie deficit" in order to shred those fats you've accumulated during bulking. so ayun try mo basahin ung nasa label nung supp. it will actually educate you kung anu magfi-fit dun sa macros na kailangan mo during cutting.

mas madame po ang servings ng iso-100, 81+ fyi.
lahat naman sir ng whey protein ay pdeng pang cut, but still, mas major major concern parin ay yung diet.
itong iso 100, cguro ang kaibahan lng sa ibang whey protein ay isolates sya, easily digest and absorb making it a fast acting proteins.
yung mga mass gainer protein nman ay pang bulk o increase weight.
