Isa po akong baguhan dito sa pbb

Hello everyone,

After lurking for quite sometime I finally decided to join this communtiy kasi I saw how very accomodating & helpful yung mga masters dito. I hope I could learn more from you guys. Currently ang work out ko is M-boxing, W-conditioning & F-buhat. Everything in between (TTHS) is mostly jogging. Still I want to know more & not stop from there. I'm sure madami akong matutunan dito. More power (literally & figuritvely)!
