    Both shoulders? Ako kanina ko lang naramdaman na masakit ang left Rotator Cuff ko. Haha! Pero buhat pa rin.

    Balik IF after a looooooong period of eating trash! Kaya kaboom sumabog ang taba hahaha! project no rice muna this May, kaso may parating na kainan sa dampa this coming Friday :( so sad! hehehe

    Chest day na udlot dahil lumapit ang gaurd may ppesto daw na catering dahil may event yata sa kabilang room, punyeta!!

    Dumbells seated ohp 4sx12,8,8,7

    biceps preacher curl 3sx12,10,10 superset with -

    forgot to do cable flyes and hammer curls $%*&^#$&#^$!!

    Lakas mo sa DL paps.

    huhuhu di ko ma 200+ lbs dahil tinggal nila sa gym ang mga exercise mats na nilalagay ko para pag nag bagsak ako hindi kumakalabog sa sahig although makapal na rubber tiles ang flooring ng gym. Kasi sa baba namin tenant ng building namin eh banko, kaya di ako makapag heavy ng husto muset!

    hanep wala di nanaman available ang gym for 2 weeks, ano nalang kaya gagawin ko nito :(

    masarap yung chocolate bars at puno sa plates kahit maulan pwede..hehehe joke paps..bili ka nung chin up bars na kinakabit lang sa pinto tapos push up bars..kahit yun lang tapos 1000 reps ng jumping jacks para sa legs hehehe
