    Don't buy this sh*t anymore, iba na ang lasa kumpara last year. Last year sobrang bango pag niloto at ang sarap talaga ng karne. Ngayon nalalasahan ko andaming preservative at parang luma na ang karne ampangit na talaga ng lasa may after taste a di ko nga na ubos kainin.

    Actually, nagtry ako niyan last year. Sobrang mantika kapag niluto. Di ko na inulit. Two packs pa naman binili ko. Pinilit ko na lang ubusin.

  • Salamat sa mga info nyu mga sir marami ako natutunan newbie here :)
  • bili nlng kayo ng lean beef or pork tapos pa giling nyo and gawa kayo mga paps ng homemade nyan, kaso hindi masyado malambot kapag lean meat lahat pero sure naman kayo na sulit

    yep dati talaga bumibili ako 2kilos ground beef at ginagawang burger patties giants pa yun hahaha

    Bro, question. :) Paano mo inuunrack yung barbell during bench press? nawawala kasi tightness ng back ko during unracking. Sabi ng trainer, pull ko daw yung barbell using my lats. Hindi ko kasi maintindihan paano gawin yun.

    Ang advice kasi sa akin is ng proper set-up is instead of pushing the barbell off the pin. Pull mo siya towards sa center ng body through your lats. that way, tight parin ang upper back mo and and shoulders is naka stick talaga sa bench.

    Itried it last night. The thing is mataas yung safety pin ng barbell. Literally you just need to pull but sobrang delikado. Lol.

    Bench press
    Cable flys
    supine bench press upper chest
    biceps curl
    triceps pushdown

    done

    nangangapa pa after 3 weeks na walang buhat at mahirap pag may injury sa balikat hayyy buhay
