Alam naman po natin na mahalaga talaga ang sleep pagkatapos ng workout.
Dapat 7-8 hours yung sleep para maka recover at madevelop/improve katawan natin.
Tanong: Okay lang po ba matulog ng late eg: 10-11pm pero nakukuha naman yung sapat na oras ng tulog which is 7-8 hours?

Naapektohan ba ang progress natin if kulang tayo sa tulog? Halimbawa ako, tulog 9:30-10pm then gising 4am.
Pero hindi straight yan kasi in between magtitimpla ng gatas sa anak. hehe
@royflex nope,nung bago panganak asawa ko ganyan din ginagawa ko,puyat at putol putol ang tulog pero mas namanas ako at nag gains ng fats kasi lamon lang ng lamon at may supps.
@TryandTry101 salamat boss. Napaisip ako bigla baka mas maganda pa output ko kung maganda rest ko.
pakiramdaman mo lang lagi sarili mo,kahit 6 hours na tulog ok na yan.

Quality over quantity. As long as you wake up refreshed and not tired. I highly recommend 6-7 hours on average. Stop playing with your phone when you are about to sleep.
I sleep 6 hours a day! 12MN-6AM.
