Boss plano ko po bumili ng supplements and vitamins bago ako bumalik ng gym since puro home workout ako ngaun. I want some oppinions from experienced guys here hehe. So these are the items i want to buy...
-2 Promatrix 5lbs
-ON 2222 Amino 160 tabs
-Kirkland Fishoil
-Kirkland Multivitamins
-4 Australian Harvest rolled oats 1.2kg
-2 tabs peanut butter hehe
-2 combat crunch(trip ko lang)
Ano po ba mga di mahalaga dito? Kse sbi daw nv iba waste lang yung amino. So i need ur opinion guys salamat.

Better start first on what is IMPORTANT and what you NEED to buy. (Whole foods?) And avoid making thread titles in filler words or random just to catch attention.
I feel inferior kapag nagba-body build ako ng walang supplements. However I am considering the fact that there were known bodybuilders na di naman nagsupplements or whatsoever. Nagkaroon lang kasi ng negosyo dahil patok na patok sa mga naghahangad ng pampr0nstar na katawan.
Fishoil - You can never go wrong with this especially you know your joints are well nourished and it affects your mood as well.
Peanut Butter - You can pick Skippy, JIF, or Kraft. Masarap, best value for money na peanut butter on market compared to home-made.
Tapos the rest, preference mo na yan papee. Kung amino lang din, mag BCAA na lang ako
Hindi ba parang baliktad paps, I would prefer naman homemade dahil imho all natural at sigurado walang extenders

There's a couple of debates regarding commercial peanut butters at yung mga homemade. What I meant sa last message ko is my personal preference lang dahil sa texture at lasa. Ambilis ko maumay sa homemade pero masarap.
As for the rolled oats, mabilis ba maka-bloat ito pag inaraw-araw?
Di ko naman sya inaaraw araw, breakfast lang sya minsan usually weekend so I cant say na nag bbloat ako. Bniblend ko kasi sya kasama prutas at gatas kaya shake ang dating
I was pertaining with the thread title. Not the the content itself. Its for the benefit of the guest and other members in searching threads in this forum. PRIORITIZE your nutrition in the whole foods. You will simply know what you need here when you know what you lack or for some reason, cannot afford (time; but this is just commitment one lacking) in the breakdown of meal plans.
I understand na more natural ang homemade and in fairness, sigurado mas masarap yun, pero mukhang sobrang oily and di ba parang mahirap malaman ang nutrition facts.
