No pain felt after 1 month in gym

Wla po akong maramdamang muscle pain even heavy weight na tinitira ko (Di sobrang bigat). 4 Days workout ko. (1. Chest-calfs 2. Back-Abs 3. Legs-Calfs-Deltoids 4. Bicep and triceps.) Is this normal po ba or anything? Help po masters.

Tama si sir @TryandTry101 , hindi totoo ang "no pain, no gain" , kasi kahit walang DOMS mag kaka gains ka kung tama ang ginagawa mo

ano ibig mo sabihin na kahit lomobo?
when you say lomobo, baka pump ng muscle ibig mo sabihin paps? if yes, temporary lang yan. In an hour or two balik sa normal ulit size ng arms, chest etc
