in addition to that may mild ubo at sipon pa, siguro dahil kulang talaga sa pahinga kaya mahina resistensya sigh
After almost two weeks of overnights and some eating and no Gym, naka balik din kahapon. Whew I noticed ang pag baba nang strength hehehe pero tuloy hataw pa rin at tinapos ang isat kalahating oras na buhat.

Ang hirap, parang nangangapa ako ulit sa routine ko hehe, hirap pala pag matagal di nakaka buhat, parang nag lose ako ng strength at nanibago. Isa pa naka fasted work out kasi ako kaya plus pa ang low power dahil walang carb intake para maging fuel hehe.
