    diet:
    not the same... hahahaha. (with carbs na)
    pero syempre still doing my best to stick with the 1800 calorie deficit. and as much as possible from low carbs sources. hehe, goodluck to me..

    Dealdlift pyramid
    Shouler press 5x5 +4 other shoulder exercises
    Accessory exercise Triceps & Biceps

    Post workout meal

    kanina naman breakfast buffet sa Edsa shang Heat
    ok yung salmon nila, laki ng cut. grabe, tapos naka dame din ng bacon. :) Goodnight Guys!

    Panalo ang breakfast mo sir pands, di ko afford yan hahaha. Natatakam talaga ako sa burger patty mo, ano ba recipe mo dyan hahaha penge naman idol meow!!! hahahahaha. Ayun nag pic ulit na walang takip, nawawala kasi ang mga pic na walang takip eh, may expiration yata hahahahahahahaah peace peace sir lol

    nothing special sa recipe. hahaha, niluluto lang sa pagmamahal, at enjoy din ako magluto kaya siguro masarap kinalalabasan,hahaha. yan experiment ulit, may cheese yan sa loob. hehe.

    half chicken adobo no rice :)

    ngyare na ba sa inyo na ginagaya yung workout niyo ng baguhan sa gym? hehehe. kanina kasi sa gym lahat ng ginawa ko sinusundan nung baguhan sa gym, pero hindi siya nag tatanong sakin.. sobrang nagkataon naman kung pareho talaga kami ng workout. yung iba ko pang routine complikado pero ginawa niya na parang hirap siya, hahahahaha.

    Workout kahapon mga Kapatid :) Ngayon lang mag lalagay ng almost full details. haha. #Sinipag

    COMPOUND: :)
    Squat 5x5 (with warm up, bar weight only + body weight squats, leg kick, leg shake etc) :)
    CHEST:
    Barbell Bench Press 5x5 (with warm up bar weight only)
    Pec Deck 8x3 Super Set to Traditional push-ups X7, then Indian Push-ups x 7
    Cable Machine Chest Fly 8x3
    BACK:
    Dumbbell Rows 5x5
    Lat Pull down Wide Grip 8x3
    Lat Pull Down Reverse Grip 8x3
    Rope Pull down 8x3 Super Set to reverse Pec Deck 8x3
    Accessory Exercises:
    TRICEPS:
    Skull Crushers 5-10 reps x5 ( sa unang set kasi madameng reps pero pag dating ng set #3 struggle na. haha)
    And kapag chest days ako skull crushers ako (may kasamang chest press kasi yung skull
    crushers ko) then pag shoulder days naman dumbbell triceps shoulder extensions ginagawa ko. ewan
    ko lang ha, pero kasi parang hit yung chest at tris kapag skull crushers, then hit naman yung shoulders
    kapag extensions. hehehe. kaya ganun salitan sila.. at ok naman effect. hehehe
    Cable Triceps Extension - 8x3
    Rope cable tricep extension - 8x3
    (yung mga cable extensions ko may mga pauses sa last 3 reps para intense hehe)

    • drop set rope tri extension (basta nag ddrop set ako pag kulang hehe ayaw ko ng bitin!!)

    BICEPS:
    dumbbell curls 5x5
    cable biceps curls 8x3
    yung isa din cable biceps curls pero 1 hand lang. haha. (basta hindi ko ma explain. lol)
    Standing dumbbell bicep curl super set with hummer curl.

    uo sir, ganyan ako kadalasan sa gym ngayon haha. minsan kasi 2-3 days rest ako. minsan na lang mag every other day. hehe.

    last week nag baguio kame, grabe pala mura ng lettuce dun,, pinakyaw namin e. hahahaha

    kailangan buksan yung isang ref na hindi ginagamit, para lang sa lettuce. haha

    hahaha, bumili din broccoli, strawberries, tsaka pipino, mura lang lahat, yung strawberries 100php lang isang box na. haha. hindi kami mag bebenta, pasalubong iba jan. haha, yung nasa ref. samin lang pamilya. paubos na nga! haha. araw araw salad. hehe

    tsaka sobrang mura kasi, kaya napa dame bili. yung isang plastic ng lettuce (per plastic kasi benta=1kilo) 50 pesos lang. haha. siguro mga 5-6 na bungkos ng lettuce kada plastic 50 pesos lang. haha. kung sa grocery ko binili yan aabot ng libo yan lahat.

    kaya nga sir eh, kung ako din naman siguro andun halos ubusin ko paninda nila dahil sa sobrang mora, ang broccoli last year pumunta ako dun mahal kilo, 200 din toinks, October yata yun.

    yung nabili namin 150 per kilo. hehe. sarap nga tumira dun, ang mumura ng gulay. kaso mahal daw isda dun. hahaha.

    ok lang sa akin tumira dun basta mura lahat haha, yung isda ok lang kahit di kami mag kita haha. Pili lang kasi ang isda na gusto ko eh, ayoko sa malalansa haha
