    Warm up set:
    Inclined BB press

    90lbs/40kg x 10
    135lbs/61kg x 8
    155lbs/70kg x 5

    Working set
    Inclined BB press

    3x8 -135lbs/61kg
    3x5 -155lbs/70kg

    Inclined DB press
    3x12 -60lbs/27kg

    DB. Crush grip Press
    3x12 45lbs/20kg

    Single arm low to high cable cross fly
    25lbs/11kg
    3x15 each arm

    Mid and Rear Delts

    Arnold press
    25lbs/11kg
    3x12 each arm

    DB side lateral raise
    4x15 15lbs/6kg
    1x20 8lbs/3kg burst

    Incline DB. T-raise

    Pan seared chicken breast + Carrot + Baguio beans :) + cup white rice. Nilagay ko ang ibang chicken sa "MAS Soup Sarap" ng 7/11, 10 pesos per sachet, sarap ng soup parang cream of corn/mushroom etc. ng Knorr hehe

    ako din...i added 150g of carbs...at di tumataas yung bench press ko and deadlift...after two weeks makikita ang effect..

    no lifting for several days due to lack of sleep dahil sa work deadline, maybe next week pag naka fully recovered na at maka balik sa normal na ang tulog. 2 to 3 hours sleep lang ngayon, pati kain ko halo halo na rin, nakaka GUILTY!!!! pero steady lang naming ang gains hehe

    in addition to that may mild ubo at sipon pa, siguro dahil kulang talaga sa pahinga kaya mahina resistensya sigh

    After almost two weeks of overnights and some eating and no Gym, naka balik din kahapon. Whew I noticed ang pag baba nang strength hehehe pero tuloy hataw pa rin at tinapos ang isat kalahating oras na buhat.

    Shoulder Day

    Ang hirap, parang nangangapa ako ulit sa routine ko hehe, hirap pala pag matagal di nakaka buhat, parang nag lose ako ng strength at nanibago. Isa pa naka fasted work out kasi ako kaya plus pa ang low power dahil walang carb intake para maging fuel hehe.
