    pero ayusin ko na ulit diet ko pagka tapos ng new year. promise.. hehe :)

    Share ko lang pala guys Last Week pala kinasal po ako sa long time GF/live in partner ko. (14years po kami)
    share ko lang yung experience,, sobrang saya po niya grabe,ganun pala pag kinakasal lalo na pag mahal mo talaga at ang dame niyong pinag daanan bago dumating yung kasal.. simple lang yung kasal pero para akong nasa langit, ayaw kong matapos yung araw na yun. hahaha, tapos ilang days lang lumipas pasko naman, sunod sunod ang ligaya, hahaha tapos new year, tapos honey moon. parang ito na yung pinaka masayang taon ng buhay ko. hehehe. Salamat po Panginoon.. Pag nakuha ko na yung final Same day edit namin post ko saglit dito. tsaka yung ibang pics. hehe. Good day mga sir!

    Post workout meal, pagka galing sa gym bihis saglit sa bahay tapos derecho sa mall kahapon, sa sobrang busy kasi before ng wedding hindi ko napag balot ng gift yung anak ko for Christmas haha,kaya pinapili ko na lang siya kahapon hehe.

    workout last monday (3 days rest na ako ngayon, nilagnat ako last tuesday.. sad)

    Squat 5x5 (2 sets warm up. 1st set -bar weight only 10-12 reps,2nd set -50% of total max weight 8-10 reps, then 4x5 max weight)

    bagong pre workout. try lang pang cut din kasi. hehe

    ayos din to pang snack. baked porky popps -1g carb, 22g protein, 5g fats.. hehehehe..

    mag sstart pa lang sir sa keto. matagal na kong low carb sir, pero nitong december hindi naging consistent, hehe, pero ngayon strict low carb na ulit, pag nag grocery ako gagawa na ko ulit ng meal plan. hehehe.

    ako naman na ppressure hahaha, yung progress pic ko kasi every month e, hehe, e last 2 weeks of december na palamon ako talaga ng husto na may kasama pang inom. tsk... baka last day ng january nako mag progress pic. bwahahaha.

    honestly, miss ko din rice, nung low carb ako, two cups a day only and one sneakers bar, plus pancakes at sundays... i didnt gain weight, pero di matangal yung back fat, then i started keto, i lost 10lbs and 1-2inches sa waist in 2-3weeks, if you lose that much weight, 100% its just water weight..i checked the back fat, its still there but not that pronounced, ill shift back to carbs after summer...

    hahaha hindi nakapag pigil masarap kasi yan.. btw hindi yan kanin talaga,, pasta siya na parang kanin. hehe, may ginagawa kami diyan na parang salad, natutunan ko sa nanay ko na matagal na sa italy., malamig nga yan galing ref, malamig talaga siya kinakain.. hehehe
