    Same beef patties pero mas nilakihan ko. 500 grams beef= 2 patties lang. with cheese again, cucumber, egg and carrots on the side. hehehe.

    yes.. para alam din kung ano kinakain natin.. kung nag ggain ba ng muscle or fatsss.. hahaha

    Try lang po. hehe. Ty kay mrs. nag video sakin..pina videohan ko para makita ko yung form ko kung ayos ba.. wala kasing mirror sa tapat ng squat rack.hehe
    tago muna natin yung video haha baka may lurkers na nag ggym sa pinag ggyman ko e. hahaha

    Cardio 16 minutes tabata/circuit training.
    Squat 5x5
    Deadlift Pyramid
    Military press 5x5+ 3 other shoulder exercise + shrugs
    Accessory exercise - Triceps & Biceps

    Pre workout - neurocore+creatine

    Post workout
    carbs carbs carbs. hahaha. bday kasi ng nanay ko kaya napakain nanaman.. hihihi

    4 sticks andoks pork BBQ
    2 scoops whey
    Burger patties again :) with cheese eggs and mushroom.
    snack maya maya. coffee with virgin coconut oil. kain mga sir.. hehe

    workout for today.. fasted cardio

    nag buhat na ko kahapon, pero ngayon nag gym si mrs. kaya sumama ulit ako haha, sayang monthly e.. pero ngayon cardio lang at abs.

    30 minutes elliptical trainer
    30 minutes stationary bike
    abs

    post workout
    2 scoops whey protein, tinimpla ulit sa ready to drink coffee+water. hehe
    ground beef and pork with tomato sauce,potato and carrots.

    walang kanin sir.. hehe, iniiwasan ko mag kanin/tinapay etc., tagal ko na ngang hindi nag kakanin, na break lang nung tnry ko yung roasted duck at pork asado. hahaha.. ang kain ko lang ulam lang, yung mga pinopost ko na chicken, beef patties etc. hindi ako nag kakanin nun. hehehe. gastos ko nga daw sabe ng asawa ko... sabe ko sakanya tipid naman tayo sa bigas. hahaha.. minsan nga yung isang kilo 1 week ata mahigit.. kasi anak ko na lang ang nag kakanin sa bahay,.. haha

    uo, pero ako waley talaga... hahaha nag cabalen nga kami puro lutong ulam na masarap sa kanin, pero ulam lang talaga kinain ko. hahaha. tiis ganda. hahaha.. pero may results talaga sir, pag low carbs.. siguro sa 3 years ko sa gym ito na pinaka magandang na attain ko sa katawan ko. hehe.. dati kasi hindi ako nag ddiet nun,, buhat lang, kaya muka daw akong bouncer (mataba na ma-muscle) ngayon lang ako medyo nag kaka korte talaga. haha.
