timing? stick where youre comfortable with, i did keto for a year, the first 2 -3 months, i lost 20lbs, most of it was water, then the weight/fat lost slowed a bit, what was i didnt adjust the macros, btw,, if you dont increase the fat intake, your body will turn the protein you are eating into glucose via gluconeogenesis in theory kicking you out of ketosis...you need to eat more fat so that the body will get use to eating fat, but not just any fat, coconut oil is the best coz of the mcts,

Thanks bro,walang binibenta dito na coconut oil, meron pero sa asian market at mangilan ngilan lang,maybe dairy products at olive oil na lang ang magiging source ng fats ko,btw kasama ba sa pagkwenta ng macros ang fats sa protein source like salmon at chicken legs or talagang dapat may ibang source ng fats?

Usually maglolose ka ng malaki sa first week but mostly water. Then depende na sau un kung gaano ka tatagal sa diet at kung gaano kalaki or kaliit ung weight na target mo.

I stopped keto coz im at my ideal weight, plus i miss snickers bar, mas hiyang na ako sa iifym at IF...keto is great if you have access to keto friendly foods, youre good at cooking and likes a lot of peanut butter..plus its expensive, there are days that i consume 2 whole andoks manok, that is only 1900 cals, too much volume of food, to the point that i need to force myself to eat...
At depende pa un sa naeenjoy mo. Now im enjoy eating steak with dressings. Ung bacon at eggs parusa na sa akin.. dati pag nakakakita ako egg nasusuka nko wahahahaha

Im 68.4 kg right now so mga 150lbs and maintainance ko ay around 1800-2000 calories per day.kung caloric deficit ay gawin kong 1600cal per day, 20 percent ng 1600 ay 320 cal at 1 cup of rice is nasa 200 calories.
Kaya im allowed only to eat 1 cup of rice and other carbs ay sa greeny vegetables ko kukunin like spiinach,brocolli,repolyo at etc.
