    Pinanood ko ang lupit ng course. Ang inverted walls ang dami. Medyo nahilo ako dun sa gugulong sila under ng barbed wire kasi sumasabay ang ikot ng cam animal! Hahaha. Sa finish line binibigay na agad ang medal. Lupit parang pang military ang training hahaha

    Carbloaded for 2.5 days. 165lbs ang weight ko bago carbload tapos 178lbs ako jan wahahahaha. AUG 14, 2016 yan Boston.

    BB squats 7 reps x 5 sets
    DB walking lunges 10 reps x 4 sets
    BURPEES 30 reps x 3 sets

    DB shoulder press 10 reps x sets
    Lat raise 10 reps x 4 sets
    BB shrugs 10 reps x 4 sets

    Hahahaha iba talaga pag may strength galing sa pag bubuhat lalo na sa pullups dyan mo talaga ma aapply lalo na yung pag over the bakod kailangan mo hilain katawan mo. Nag try ako mag pullups isa lang kinaya ko hahaha animal

    Magkakaron n ata jan alam ko. Iiyak ka sa finish line pag natapos mo. Ung una ko maiyak iyak ako eh wahahahaha. 5 miles lang un. Tapos halos sumuka ako after. Nabigla ako. Di kp inexpect ung hike. Kaya dun sa pangalawa na 10miles pinaghandaan namin. Nagiba ng goal sa workout.

    Cheat meal today with a bottle of gatorade and 2 bowls of seafood ramen. Ang pangit sa pakiramdam pero wala magawa. Lol. 2 weeks to go for the next race.
