Boss @Hombob ang whey po madaling maabsorb ng maskels after ng workout, ang analogy nga nila eh parang pagkain sa gutom na maskels. Yung mga whey boss, mababa sa calories compared sa Mass gainers. Pero kung papataba ka, mass gainer po ata ang hanap mo. Meron din naman gumagawa na hinahaluan ng gatas yung whey para mas maraming calories, not sure kung pangpataba sya. Sorry di ako master pagdating po dito. hehe.. Pero based on experience, di naman ako tumaba sa whey. Hintayin na rin natin clarifications ng mga masters dito.
What do you think about Myotein? I think a protein isolate powder is the best type of powder but am not sure which one to use. Yes. Though minsan may LBM at unwanted gas. Mas consistent yung being bloated.
I can eat those na walang problema. I'm just sure if I'm eating enough amount that my body needs. I'm starting lang talaga into diet dahil nadidisturb na ako sa belly fats ko.

So tinigil ko na muna lahat ng supplementation pero tuloy pa din ako sa 5-day split routine ko.

I have tried 4 protein shakes as follows:
1. Mutant Whey Triple Chocolate Flavor- ordered from an online/ FB store which is based in pampanga. Pouch and packaging. Nag-meetup llang kami sa Sm north Edsa . 10lbs sa price na 4k with free shaker. Naubos ko na sya. Masarap sya. Parang lusaw ng ice cream ang lasa. Di gaanong matamis. Ang napansin ko lang ay matagal sya matunaw. Kailangan i-shake maigi dahil may natitirang buo-buo. ISa pang napansin ko ay parang madali syang mapanis. Pag tinimpla mo sya after 4 to 6 hours ay parang iba na ang amoy at lasa. Kaya nagpalit na ako
2. PM7 Triple Chocolate Flavor - ordered from Lazada a 5lbs pouch without shaker. Original price is 1799. Nabili ko sya ng 1600 with 200 discount promo voucher kaya nakamura at free delivery door to door. Napasin ko lang sa kanya ay medyo matabang kumpara sa Mutant (same amount of water). Hindi sya madaling mapanis kahit matagal mo na natimpla. Medyo magaspang nga lang yung powder nya pag natimpla na.
3. Muscle Pharm Combat Protein - Ordered from Lazada just recently a 10lb Cookies n Cream Flavor in a pouch container without free shaker. Price at 4.3k and with discount of 200 if ordered with promo voucher. So 4.1k ko sya nabili. Masarap sya. kaso mas dinadamihan ko ng tubig dahil masyado matamis kung same amount ng tubig ng Mutant at PM7. Hindi sya madali mapanis kahit matagal na naitimpla. at smooth texture pag natimpla di tulad ng PM7. For now I will stick with Musclepharm Combat Protein.
4. I also ordered Inner Armour Casein Protein Powder (Chocolate Peanut Butter Flavor) from Lazada - 4lbs in a plastic jar with free Shaker. Price at 2550. Nabili ko sya ng 2400 with 150 discount from promo voucher. Iniinom ko sya bago matulog dahil nabasa ko na ok ito during sleep dahil slow acting ito for hours compared sa whey protein na fast absorbing. Iba ang texture nya compared sa whey. Medyo malapot sya pag tinimpla sa tubig.
So far hindi naman ako naka-encounter ng LBM or ibng side effects sa lahat ng na-try kong protein supplements.
Regarding LBM, unless you're lactose intolerant, it pretty much only happens if you're taking too much that your stomach ain't able to process it and simply throws it out.

Because I usually consume my whey protein shake while I'm at the office and I don't wanna prepare my protein supplement too often while at work. So having a whey protein drink that last for couple of hours is a big deal me.

Yeah I know and I already did. Not just the 10% voucher but the 12% or 15%. Lazada is not that generous nowadays when giving discounts. Their 10% discount voucher now has a maximum discount limit of up to 200 pesos only (as an example). Try to order nowadays from Lazada to appreciate what I am telling you. I usually pay thru credit card.
