I finished my work-out in just 45mins. Sobrang hingal and feeling weak. Supposed to be kahapon pa ako nag work-out. Ang daming nainom kahapon. Di nakatanggi at nagkayayaan after shift from 11am-6pm. Nakarami rin ng yosi. At ito ang pinaka ayaw kong pakiramdam sa lahat. I lost almost 3lbs. Alam ko sa sarili ko na isang inom ko lang at isang bagsakan ng napakaraming yosi eh mangangayayat na ako. Napasubo lang kahapon talaga.
